Since being in practice, I have had numerous locations and have dealt with many individuals and real estate management companies. Without a doubt, working with Will and College Park Office Suites has been the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. I explained to him our needs for an office in Topeka and he was able to provide us with exactly what we needed. He didn’t try to upsell us to a larger space or overcharge us for the space we are in. There was never one thing that we needed that he wasn’t able to provide. I can’t recommend Will and his team enough, and we look forward to growth so that we can continue to expand at College Park Office Suites. Thanks, Will!

I have had an office here for almost 2 and a half years. It has been a wonderful experience. Where else do you get internet with your rent?The location is great. The neighborhood is accessible and conveniently located. The building is clean and well managed.Will is incredibly responsive if need arises.I almost don’t want to praise this place out of fear of losing my place. If you are looking for a great space to conduct your business this is it.

The team at College Park has been fantastic to deal with. They made it convenient for me to have my office and worked around my various needs for space etc. As long as I am in business I plan to work with them for the foreseeable future.

Great place and affordable! Such great accommodations! Have access to a meeting room to meet clients and a kitchen area. Owner is such a great man to work with and always a phone call away and quick to respond. We couldn’t have found somewhere better!

We have used a handful of providers since our inception. We have been with College Park for the past two years and they are by far our favorite choice. Their facilities exceed all of our needs, their pricing is fair, and most importantly they are operated with unimpeachable integrity. If you need office space, or even virtual space, this is THE place to go in Topeka.

Such an amazing place to rent. Close to downtown and Washburn University and high traffic area. Very affordable and the owner is such an amazing and responsible landlord always a phone call away.

We have been using CPOS for about 3 years now and have been very happy! Primarily it is used for a mailbox, and Will is always kind enough to notify us of anything in our inbox. It works perfectly for our needs.
