I honestly hate complaining! I usually just let it go and just go on about my day but i feel like i should finally speak up. So I usually come in almost every morning to grab my food for the day because i have to be at work by 6am. Here recently I have came in the grab a slice of breakfast pizza but there's never any out. I look forward to that because it has protein an I personally am not supposed to have lots of sugars like donuts, ect. I would really appreciate it if this could be fixed. Like i said before i hate complaining but i just didn't know where else to turn. Thank you!

Got a slice of breakfast pizza labeled Bacon. Got home it was sausage not done. Very runny and doughy. Slushee machine not been turned on. Spent +$11. This was at 10:15 am.
Called manager. (Their phone tree is ridiculous to get through.) He did not seem to care. Only told me their procedure. This Casey’s has gone downhill on Pizza for over a year now. Used to be soo good.

This is the worst Casey’s I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to them in Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas. They never have slices of pizza during lunch hour, but I stopped by again today just in case. Lo & behold they actually had pizza slices! Went to grab one and it was leftover breakfast pizza, at 1:20pm!!! Come on man, I hope someone in power sees this. Please find a manager for this place.

Twice I’ve come to buy a slice of breakfast pizza and none. It’s 7:15 in the morning when do you sell it by the slice? You have a big advertisement about it on the door…you should take it down if your not going to make pizza to sell.

Hire more than ONE cashier and more than ONE cook. The lines are always several people deep, the pizza is often not fresh, and the pumps are often out of service. This location is very busy and is surely profitable enough to warrant hiring more people and paying them more as well.

Went to get gas at a newer Casey's. The pump wouldn't take my credit card. Went inside, waited my turn, and wanted to leave my card while I filled my tank. The clerk would not do that. I left to go elsewhere to get gas.

The good: it’s a very clean location and has lots of food and drink options and plenty of fuel pumps.The bad: If you have to go inside and buy anything plan on it taking a long a long time. The staff look at you like you are ruining their day and generally ignore you. Tonight after waiting a few minutes for the clerk to help the one person in front of me I was waiting in line and the one lady checking people out started discussing scheduling with another employee. I waited for a few moments they didn’t look up or even acknowledge the line of people forming behind me. I ended up leaving. Terrible customer service.
