Takes forever to get things out of pawn. Even if there are people available to help you, they walk off. Takes forever to get help if you want to buy something. Waste a whole lunch on something simple. Ace down the street is so much better!!

Pawned my camera for 3 months and I made the mistake of just testing the power when I picked it up. Got home and tried to take a picture and my camera wouldn’t work, I looked up the error and it was because of rough handling the camera. I will never be back.

Pawned 3 items all on the same ticket. The guys that helped us were great, knowledgeable & friendly. When we went to pick up our items the 2 females were very snotty, short in tone & just plan rude! They couldn't even find our 3rd item. She said I pawned it in another ticket & tossed my receipt at me! It took 2 other people to find it! This used to be a great place. Because of those girls, we won't be going back!

$230.00 for a used iPad? I bought mine brand new for $300.00. $600.00 for a laptop? $25.00 for a DVD player? People go to pawn shops to save money! If I wanted to pay nearly new prices, I might as well buy brand new.

They are not so good any more. They literally low ball you with their items you've bought from them! This used to be my go to store, however I find that the one on Washburn is friendlier and more open to how to help or get you what you want verses sorry you bought this from us we don't want it back kind of deal.

Usually go here and have a really good experience. Not this go around. Will never return and will also spread the word for the people I know, not to do business with this pawn shop. Which I'm sure people already know not too. 👎

Amazingly friendly and know you by name when you're a regular. I've been through them for a year and they are amazing and friendly! Young people work as an employee and they know how to make you smile when you're having a bad day.
