Not once has this gas station been opened on time! They are supposed to open at 7. And I have been multiple times at 8 & 9 in the morning and they just aren’t open. I get needing to close early because of staffing issues. But not opening in time is just lazy l.

I just left the BP in Oakland not only once this week but 3x the girl behind the counter was so rude she was screaming and crying in the phone so loud I could hear her outside at the gas pump when I called and asked for her manager sHe said she didnt know managements name or when they'll be there after I told her my complaint she yelled on the phone and offered me to come back to the store to fight her lol she's lucky I have my kids in the car on mother's day or I would have gladly she is miserable and so rude every single time she needs to loose her job if she hates it that much

Very clean store. very nice staff with contagious smiles. They also have really awesome and beautiful nick nacks. The store is a little pricey but definitely worth it for the service and selection.

My wife went to the station on Seward today. When she started pumping the haos started spewing all over from a cur in the hose. Immediately stopped pumping ut te pressure still sprayed her clothes the car and all over the ground.. The attendant laughed about the situation. Didn't offer any sort of help. No towel or anything just tried to hand her a phone and say here talk to my mgr of which no one was on the phone...Employee laughed again and told her to leave.....Hoping for some sort of reply...
