The staff at CubeSmart in Topeka are always friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, and I can easily access and move items in and out. I was a customer for many years.

Don't know what happened but the your customer service sucks, the lady at the front desk was very rude. I have been renting with you since you open this place in Topeka. I am thinking about moving if she isn't replaced. I DONT WILL NOT BE TALKED DOWN TO THAT WAY. NOR SHOULD ANYONE ELES. I HAVE 3 UNITS AT THIS PLACE. REPLACE THIS PERSON.

This location keeps the entire neighborhood up at night with alarms sounding ALL NIGHT. If you call corporate when this happens they don't care. The regional, Becky, has not once returned a phone call in 3 months. What a great representation of the company, Becky! Also way to go cube smart for keeping us all up at night with your lovely alarms!!!!! Sincerely, the entire park across the street!!!!!

They were very nice and knowledgeable about all of the details and rules. It was clean and they made sure we picked the right sized for what we needed. Definitely glad we chose this storage place. I like that they have cameras with 24hour surveillance.

The Topeka Kansas location hires anyone apparently. I don’t feel the need to go into too much detail. But I wouldn’t trust this location with your belongings. Plain and simple.

I have been trying for 3 days to get some help to reserve a storage unit. I tried to fill out the form on line which is a joke. When I called to let them know it wasn't taking my state ID, it was suggested to for me to take a picture. I tried to take a picture , there was no way to take it. So, I had called back, she didn't know what to and gave me another,that person passed me off to another number. And guess what, it was either busy or it rang and rang.
This company's workers are either too lazy to help me out or don't want to. They would rather play pass around the client .
I don't have much of a choice, since I need to his unit for just four days, which I have to pay for an additional month after paying around $67.. That around $134 for only four days of usage. I wonder if that is the problem why I can't get any help. I just hope they will have a storage unit on Saturday. Because, I did get a message, a reservation is good. All I want to pay for a storage unit on line so I know I will have it on Saturday.

Even when the office was closed I was still able to get a space and get access into the building to store my items, by going on line and filling out paperwork and speaking with a live person that you can understand.
