I recently visited the Shawnee location to return a package to Amazon but upon leaving I noticed unbelievable sales throughout the entire store, I was greeted by very friendly staff that were helpful and friendly and eager to assist me, a sales associate by the name of Dorothy was so helpful I have compliment her on her performance Thank you Dorothy.

Wowser! Stunned by the kindness and helpfulness of these associates. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way all of these people responded to each incoming customer, not just me. It was a pleasure to see employees smiling and engaging with the patrons. They didn't seem to be unhappy at work.

Horrible customer service. I bought a hoodie and a zipper online, and the size did not fit me, so I came to the store to exchange for a different size for both. She asked me for the receipt, and I showed her the email order, she said no I need the actual receipt, but then did not wait and said let's do it different way. But then did not want to honor the previous price and kept insisting it will not work without telling that she just needed the receipt to do even exchange. Then the manager came and did it, and when asked her about it, she said if you have the receipt then we can do even exchange and as I was telling her she did not explain that she needed the receipt to do the even exchange she started saying bye bye as I was speaking instead of acknowlegding lady mistake. ( I had the receipt in the email, it's just that I was looking for it) and the whole situation would have been smooth if the customer service lady informed me that she needed the receipt barcode to do the even exchange. Very bad customer service for such a good brand.

I ordered an 8 ft.X10 ft. "Garland Rug Medallion Rug" (area rug) and it came crumpled up in a square shaped box so small that upon opening the box, it burst apart! The folded rug arrived with many creases and wrinkles. It is ruined and Kohl's took it back; however, Kohl's could not guarantee their replacement order would be in good condition because it was packaged by the manufacturer, Medallion/Garland. Why is Kohl's selling products that are poorly shipped to their customers? This is terrible customer service! Why should the consumer waste their time and money with a popular store that cannot offer good quality merchandise purchased on-line and shipped to our homes? What a disappointment...

Holy moly, the line was clear to the back of the store today. 12/02/23. Only one register is open. It Is still a great store.
