I’ve had the best experience here with Miss Jasonya! She has done my hair twice. One time cutting and styling it and then today baby lights, cutting, and styling my hair. Both times turned out exactly how I wanted! Very friendly and professional and has made me feel welcomed and comfortable each time!Before and after photos

An appointment was made with Dakota to get my hair cut and freshened up. She ended up giving me a wash, cut, dry, & style. I usually dislike my hair being blowed dried & styled much but I was pleased with the outcome and I appreciated her effort and work. Dakota was very professional and made sure I left the salon knowledgeable after inquiring about a few products I had asked about. I arrived with a smile on my face but I left the salon with an even bigger smile on my face because of her! Thank you for getting my hair back up to par ☺️☺️

My recent experiences at Ultra have left me with mixed feelings. During my first encounter, I entered the store, and unfortunately, no one greeted me. I found myself navigating the aisles on my own, feeling a bit lost. When I finally made my way to the counter, I was met with a less-than-welcoming attitude from a sales associate named Jamie. Instead of offering assistance, she watched as I walked to the wrong counter and then abruptly stated, "I can help you over here" in a rather rude manner.On my second visit, the lack of greeting persisted. I spent around 10 minutes in the store without finding what I needed, and despite three employees being present, none offered to assist. As I approached the counter, I found myself waiting behind a mother and daughter who seemed unprepared. To my dismay, when they left, the sales associate, Jamie, turned her back on me and began working on something else without acknowledging my presence. When I finally approached the register and placed my items down, she turned around with an apparent attitude and asked for my number in a less-than-friendly manner.Regrettably, I must express my disappointment with Jamie's conduct, as I felt she exhibited unprofessionalism and, regrettably, what seemed like discriminatory behavior. Customer service is a critical aspect of any shopping experience, and unfortunately, my encounters at Ultra have left much to be desired in this regard.I hope that Ultra takes these comments into consideration to improve the overall customer experience at the store.

I didn't even have an appointment and Dakota was very friendly and helpful. I'm definitely going to continue to visit Dakota. Amazing experience.

I just had my hair cut and styled by Dakota. She not only cut my hair the way I envisioned but also recommended treatments that would help my hair look and feel better as well. My hair needed some major TLC and I left the salon with hair that looked amazing! I'll definitely be back in the future!

I had my hair done by stylist Jasonya New holy and was just blown away by how it turned out! Probably the best hair color I have ever had! The time, care, and effort that was put into my hair was exactly what I was looking for!

First time at Ulta Beauty. The customer service was first class...we were greeted as soon as we walked in the store, and asked if we needed help finding anything be two other salesperson. We were in the store approximately 30-45minutes.I loved the large, variety of beauty supplies and accessories...and they went from high end to low end. Their was plenty of black hair products and makeup lines; from Kardashian to Fenty to Cover Girl. I was looking for a particular hair product and they had it in the store, and with other product lines. I look forward to shopping at Ultas again!

I walked in not knowing what to buy my girlfriend & her mom for Christmas and one of the employees was super helpful and helped me find everything. She looked up her phone number in the system and I followed her around the store while she helped pick things out. I’m very impressed with the level of customer service I experienced. She made it very easy and convenient
