They say when you switch from another company you can get a free phone. The clerk said I can get a galaxy s24 ultra when they came out for free. I waited 3 months and when I came in to get it they told me that I had to put $500 dawn to get it. Because they run a credit check that they never told me about untill know. That is not free they should be more clear. I'm thinking of changing carriers know.

I was in the ONLY T-mobile store in Salina Kansas today. As usual my issues were not resolved and the customer service was lousy. I absolutely miss the other T-mobile store that used to be on 9th street. They were helpful and customer service and support were amazing. This store on schilling has, thus far, not been helpful with any of my issues and customer service and support has been awful for me. I would rather drive all the way to Wichita than to deal with the they-Mobile store in Salina again. 0 stars would have been more appropriate.

If I could give zero stars to the Salina T-Mobile store I would. I called ahead of time two weeks before. I went in the store a week early to see about switching from Verizon and upgrading from I-Phone 11s to iPhone 15s. The Assistant Manager wrote up a deal and told me to come back today. I asked if I needed to preorder. He said no and guaranteed they would honor the offer. He said he would be there. He wasn’t and they didn’t. They denied me the offer and tried to upsell me on a different deal worth only a fraction of the write-up. They lied and completely denied responsibility. This company completely falsified their offer (in writing). I was shocked, angry, and disappointed. I am now at Verizon again to buy two new phones. Shame on you T-Mobile!Update : 9/23/2023. I should have known better. A lady walked out of the store that morning before I walked in and the store was otherwise empty, except for the manager and one associate. I was literally the only other person in the store at that time - on Apple’s launch of the I-Phone 15. I had taken a day off work for this!The manager could’ve said something like, I’m sorry, Mr. Teutsch, perhaps I need to review the offers a little more closely. Let me check. (she only took like 30 seconds to a minute to review the latest Apple offers when I was in there). She also could’ve called somebody to confirm this offer before denying it, but she didn’t. I was shocked. It was presented as “this is the only deal we can offer” and “ I don't know why he offered you that, as the new Apple iPhone launch offers only came out at 8:00 this morning.” (Which of course was different than a week prior, and of substantially less value!) instead of, after further research realize I made a mistake and we’ll honor what we promised you.I ended up going to Verizon which was very busy, and after explaining the situation, they allowed me to keep my loyalty +55 plan (almost 16 years now) and basically gave us the same deal for trade-ins. I did end up getting my wife an Apple 15 Pro, which was above the original deal, and I got the Apple 15 Pro Max.The funny thing is, I sat in the T-Mobile parking lot for several minutes after this incident, explaining it to my wife who had been outside when it all took place (I was still in disbelief), and when I pulled out of the parking lot the Manager and the other employee were still behind the counter. I looked. Buyer beware.

Went in to get a Home Internet shortly before they were going to close, and they were courteous enough to delay closing to get me all set up! Super kind and respectful, would highly recommend switching here!

These people are not very customer oriented the one that shut down on marketplace would replace screen proctectors w/o me looking it up myself and theyd replace it in the store and not have to order from the Tmobile website and wait 7-10 business days. I recognize a couple of the people who didn’t make it at the marketplace store went to this one. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed

Sheree was awesome today! She took care of all our needs from my boyfriends’ phone, adding internet, and changing our plan. We are on a budget and she did everything she could to keep us in budget and happy. Best customer service I have ever received from a phone store. Thank you Sheree, love your crazy couple from today.

WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS! I bought 3 phones/ services and home internet. My 2 main phones didn't get their numbers transferred for 2 weeks. I didn't get my 3rd phone for a week. 2 months later my bill goes up $40! Are you serious?!!!!

I was in the phone with a lady that told me that she had a line of costumers and honestly made me feel like I wasn't important enough to ask questions about their services. Do not recommend them after being treated like a pos.
