I have come to this T-Mobile store multiple times. The one at 2629 S Market Pl in Salina, KS. When I first went in, I wasn’t expecting much as far as customer service goes because companies I or my friends and family have used (Straight Talk, Verizon, Cox, AT&T) have always not had the best customer service. I was VERY WRONG. I was greeted at the door. Even though the place has always been busy when I’ve went in, a employee has ALWAYS made an effort to greet me. With that being said, I expected a long wait time to be helped. Wrong again, these employees know what they are doing. They can help you with any issue very quickly and make going to your cell phone/WiFi/electronic needs not an all day experience and not something you have to dread doing. The first time I went in I talked with the employee, Jaji, and she was extremely helpful and could connect with me on a personal level and helped me choose the best way for me to go for WiFi. When I came in about a week later to get enrolled in WiFi, I met with Antoine Blue, the store manager, and he was an AMAZING help. Very helpful, explained everything in an non confusing manner, and helped me with getting everything set up as much as he could at the store. When I got home, this was the easiest Wi-Fi I have ever set up. It works amazing too! You can stream or watch Netflix on the Xbox, and have 2 cell phones connected, and be using a lap top, all at the same time with no buffers. Which is amazing for being the cheapest place in town. I had a question about my billing cycle and went into the store again and met with Antoine and was helped once again. It was a silly question but he explained it with out making me feel like I was stupid for coming in. We had a huge storm a week ago and cell towers were down everywhere. The WiFi was buffering, and I called T-Mobile customer service (who was super friendly) and had the issue fixed within 5 minutes. Compared to Cox or Verizon WiFi, I have had to wait for hours and still not have the issue fixed. I saw on my T-Mobile Tuesday app that they were offering a special on Apple Watches. I, once again, went into the store and was helped by Antoine. To be expected, he was super helpful and once again explained everything in a not confusing manner and I decided to get the watch. Later that evening, I had a question about how to set up a special feature on my watch. I went into the store and once again was helped by Antoine and left with a smile on my face. This T-Mobile store and employees are great and I would HIGHLY recommend using T-Mobile and going to this store specifically. From now on, I will always go to T-Mobile and talk to Antoine for any of my electronic or WiFi needs.

We stopped on a cross country trip due to being unable to use our phone to text or call anyone, a rather large safety concern when traveling. The store was locked and closed more than 15 minutes early, when we had pushed through construction to make it to the closest store. Lights were on and there was an employee vehicle at the back entrance, with no sign indicating the reason they were closed. Very disappointing.

The best customer service I've ever had. Antoine is my employee of the year. Switched to T-Mobile and got 3 phones. Check them out if you want a new provider.

Wow...words CAN NOT express the awesome customer service I received today at this T-MOBILE location. Let me say this without hesitation. The T-Mobile expert Jaji is the reason why I'm still a T-Mobile customer today. I was having so many problems with my phone until I was done with T-Mobile. Jaji took her time went over my plan and corrected a few things and I'm a happy camper. Not to mention that left with a home T-Mobile internet service. Thanks Jaji. I would recommend this T-Mobile location to anyone.

Jaji was fantastic. She gave us excellent service and helped us fix our son's phone. May have been a simple SIM card switch, but her attitude was fantastic.

Sheree was very helpful - but she was the only one in the store for almost the entire time i was there - except at the very beginning and end. I was there over 3 hours and the phone rang a few times andother people came in needing help - which made the process take much longer.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The team at this t-mobile is great they've helped me with so many phone problems. My phone just kept messing up so I came in. They set me up with a new phone and a great phone plan. The manager Antoine was fantastic staying by his teams side always checking to see if they were okay or needed help. Also Jaji and Joe were the best ? I always work with them. Only come in when they are there because I know they'll always get me right.If you're needing a new phone go see Jaji. She is great. ❤️

The salesman Bryan was wonderful. He did an extraordinary job explaining the entire activation process. He was also very patient and understanding. This location is very clean and organized. I highly recommend this location!!

Wanted to switch phone services and was recommended to go to T mobile. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the customer service was outstanding. I felt like the customer service representative Sheree really cared about what I wanted and how much she wanted to save me $$. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Had an amazing experience at this t mobile location. So refreshing to walk into a store and have outstanding customer service. Antoine, joesph, and zac were all a tremendous help in getting us switched over. Thank you guys for all of your help! Will recommend t mobile to all of my friends.
