Pulled in having a fault code and not using Def. As an owner Operator we repair before we breakdown. Was told by the shop Foreman that it would be a day before they could get to me. Very busy shop. Arrived on Tuesday pulled in om Thursday morning. As promised, a master mechanic started on my truck. Five hours later. All was fixed and I'm back on the road. Thank you James for being professional and caring. We need more Real People like you helping us out here.
Sincerely, thanks and God Bless.
'Oakley Owner Operator.
Well , hundred miles down the road the fault came back on. I returned to the shop and it's been a week now. Due to warranty I'm told that they are required to due a lengthy diagnostic process. I paid $1900.00 the first time and I'm now paying over $200.00 an hour. It's been a week. As an owner Operator I'm limited on funds. I'm being told they will work with me on the labor. It's day 7, no progress today I'm told my tech is off today , hmm, fingers crossed.

Another example of profanity, laziness and complete absence of any type of customer service.
Probably Kansas style.
Arrived for a forced regen. The guy in a ‘service office’ didn’t bother himself to stop enjoying his dinner. Ok, perhaps a long day, but what about company standards?
Finally came another young fella with a computer and in another half hour told me that ‘unfortunately he’s not able to do the regen because of the other faults his computer shows him’
So I returned to a service room the gentleman there was still enjoying his dinner. I asked him to do the estimate how quickly they could fix the problem and what would be the estimated cost of this repair. this reply almost killed me. He said ‘well, we need to print out the codes (oh really) and do the estimate…we will be able to do it tomorrow morning’.
‘- What time?- I asked.
‘Probably around 3-4 PM ??????
Well, nevermind. When I asked if I can stay there overnight (By then I ran out of hoursand ghe lot was half empty) his answer was ‘eh there’s a truck stop right next to us’. If course bruh, truck stops are never full at 11 pm
Shame for MHC - previously I had a very good impression about the company and was pretty satisfied with the service (except the one in Tulsa).

Would not recommend this place. We got bad fuel… stopped there to get new filters. They charged us double the price of fuel filters and power service. Yes they had the filters we needed but really honks the truck driver out on the road when they are in desperate need. We asked for a bucket so we wouldn’t make a mess but was told no we could not change the filters on there property. Had to go across the street to change our plugged filters.

We had an issue with a broken windshield while on the road. We reached out to every glass shop in town with no luck. I called Mhc body shop and spoke with Jessie. Even though our tractor was not a kenworth. He got us in for a speedy same day repair.I give Jessie and his technicians 5stars and much appreciate the speedy help.

MHC Salina came to my rescue! After encountering a blue heron, resulting in a smashed windshield, I needed quick repair to get home. The original service I called was not helpful; after several frustrating days, unable to locate a w/s, my employer brought one out from Denver, which installation was coordinated. Installer canceled. The fine folks here stepped up, got me in immediately, and replaced my w/s, getting me home! Oh, did I mention it wasn’t a KW? Nope, ‘23 Mack. MHC could have said no, but they stepped up and performed outstanding service! Thank you very much!!
