Service is slow, expect a 12hr wait for tire repair at the shop. Might as well buy a 12 pack or limp on down the road to a different shop. Best of luck

Richard is an amazing mechanic. He took the time to look at my car when typically they work on tractor trailers and helped confirm/ diagnose an issue I was having on my vehicle. It was so amazing that he was able to help get my family on the road quickly. Richard is definitely knowledgeable and a great mechanic.

Rude staff inside stopped for a shower after long haul to their facility. The staff inside were not happy we were looking through the glass pretties and the trucker stuff as an alarm would go off. I was looking for a present for my mom and was asked to leave if i wasn’t going to buy anything. I was still looking :( felt uncomfortable after so we didn’t spend another dollar inside. I was thinking about the 70$ glass motorcycle but was like hope after the rude girl

Do not come here they towed my truck without me knowing because they couldn’t not move it and they drop my hood down and broke my hood and they said they would start on my truck at 7 but didn’t start 10 DO NOT COME TO THE SHOP

Night shift mechanic, and night manager. Richard, and Erin were so over the top in the way they treated me. I had a major problem with my trailer, and Richard being the only night mechanic, being pulled in all directions at the same time, still managed to say the right things. Erin knew I was stressed the whole time time there, but the way she would comfort me, and that dam smile!! If worked for some night shift places, and I can honestly say, these two are under paid, and under appreciated. They both put me at the front of the list when they could. I honestly don’t know how they do it!! But they do. I gave a 4 star only because of what happened in the beginning. They both know, and this had no reflection on them. I would definitely use them again. Thank you so much Richard, and Erin.

This shop is awesome not to be confused with a tire shop! They did a turbo on a 2020 389 and treated me like family , the parts took longer then expected but they went above and beyond to get me back rolling ! Adam and Chris are amazing mechanics and the other guys are good for a laugh when you are down!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We brought our trailer for changing a tire. We gave them the tire size then they list the brands for us. We chose one of them. We were called after 5-10 minutes later and were told that they made a mistake about the tire size and they had no that brand tire but only Michelin which cost around $850. We told them cancel the process. Because we accepted the other brand which almost cost half of it. They said that ok we can but we have to charge you for removing and mounting back that tire. We told them you guys messed up on the tire size, why would I pay you? If they didn't make a mistake on tire size and we wouldn't accept the Michelin before they remove the tire. When we asked that we did not even send the credit information, why did you start the process? They said that for speeding the things up. When we asked mount back the tire they removed from our trailer, they only mounted the rims of it. When we asked why are you not mounting the tire, they said it is agains their policy to mount a tire which is not in good condition. Dude, we brought that trailer to your shop with that tire, you removed it and refused to mount back on it. And the mechanic guy Christopher said that you can move like this. This was hilarious! They simply forced us to buy Michelin which cost around $850. When we refused it, they remove our tires but the rims. And cursed on my driver to leave the shop. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

This place is one of the worst Boss Shops ever - shame for the brand and a bad apple that could impact customer impression about the Boss chain nationwide.
Arrived.
Requested a simple service- forced regen.
Asked if there is a technician who’s capable of doing this SIMPLE manipulation.
Lady behind the counter told me ‘yes, but there’s 1-1,5 hrs wait time’.
I said ok, but since you have no room near the shop I’ll park at the truck stop (the shop is actually located at the Pilot) - so it’s about 200 yards from the store.
In three hours appeared a guy with a computer . it actually looked like it was a very first time he was performing this kind of operation point after about hour and a half of multiple phone calls to someone who actually knew how to operate the computer and force the regen. He eventually told me that, apparently, for some reason the computer system isn’t updated, and therefore is not able to do the regeneration.
Imagine how surprised and frustrated. I was when he told me that I still have to pay for the time that he ‘worked’ on my truck.
I requested to talk to his supervisor and a super unprofessional and rude lady told me that this is not their problem that there is a computer issue. Cool, huh?
My simple argument was that when I stepped into the shop, I asked are you able to do forest regeneration - and your answer was ‘yes’. So now when you send me an unprofessional technician barely knew what he was doing, who pent about an hour on the phone with the other person asking multiple questions about the operation and still eventually failing to provide a requested service. And you still want me to pay for that (also as fir a ROADSIDE CALL)??? DO ME A FAVOR!
Crooks and thieves - and again, people like this should nit work at the Boss Truck Stop.

Every time I come to this shop it's always something. Got here yesterday afternoon and informed no one was in to do a DOT inspection. I was told to come back at 7am. Checked in at 7am first in line and they call me at 9am to tell me that the guy doing inspections is busy and can't get to me until 3pm. Terrible customer service. On top of that the young gentlemen approached me saying good morning sir when I'm clearly a female. Then he goes in the shop and make jokes about it like I can't hear him up front. Will never stop at this location ever again.

Worst trucking shop ever. I had to wait there for 3 days just for the broken hub on a tandem . They did anything possible to keep me there, because they ruined the tire hub and lied to me that they have it in stock ,but actually they didn’t. I had to wait for 3 days just for a flat tire.
