I recently visited Hy-Vee and was impressed by my experience. The store was clean and well-staffed, with a great selection of products on the shelves. I particularly appreciated the variety of Chiefs merchandise available, as well as the food specials offered throughout the week. The self-checkout process was easy to use, making the overall shopping experience seamless. I would definitely recommend Hy-Vee to others looking for a well-stocked and convenient grocery store.

I meet up with a few guys for breakfast at the Market Grill occasionally and am really happy with the menu items. The biscuits and gravy are delicious and if you want something a little more simple, get the morning melt on your choice of biscuit or muffin with egg and sausage, ham, or bacon- delish! Chef Paul cooks up some good stuff back there and when you're done, pick up your groceries for the way home. There are plenty of tables and booths to choose from for dining. Try it out!

This location post renovation is outstanding. It is the only store we shop at. Deli, produce and meat department are superior to any other store in area. Excellent service and it's great to see all the young people working there. Employee Owned says it all.

Today I needed 6 ounces of nappa cabbage and there was only one VERY large cabbage for sale. I was delighted to be offered help by the people working in produce. They tore off the right amount for my recipe rather than me wasting the entire head. Maybe that was routine service, but I wouldn't have done it on my own and didn't expect it. Thank you, HyVee!

Today was the final straw. I would rather get an awake colonoscopy with a cheese grader than suffer through the colossal waste of time that is Hyvee online aisles. In my two years as a customer, they have never once gotten my order correct. Frequently they charge me for items and conveniently forget to put them in my bags requiring me to drive back to the store a few hours later. Items they claim are out of stock are most certainly in stock when I go back into the store. Based on this and the produce I am given, I can only conclude the employees who do the shopping must be blind or purposely vengeful. Today was an even worse experience - it took them 45 minutes to tell us that they misplaced our order and they simply didn't have it. I was dumbfounded. Still after the long car ride home I am unable to comprehend why it takes them 45 minutes to figure that out. The level of stupidity and chaos that epitomizes this operation is absolutely astounding. If you are considering using online aisles - I would encourage you to rethink or at least mentally prepare for the inevitable agony and anguish. Tl;dr: I could train blind dogs to do their job better than the employees here. Scholars should study this catastrophic failure.

I enjoy this Hy-Vee as much as one can enjoy a grocery store. They have a large selection of groceries. I enjoy their health food selection, nice staff, and clean shopping conditions. I really enjoy the mobile order. It is so easy to drive up and they put the groceries in my car and I am on my way. I go out of my way to go to this grocery store.

NO masks by the supposed healthcare workers. Was in pharmacy line w an immune compromised friend - no one behind counter had a mask. Crazy irresponsible behavior putting customers at real health risk.

Very clean, nice staff and easy to navigate the store. Giving 4 stars just because I have to check expiration on the prepped veggies and other dishes as they can be days expired. Other than that, it's my go to store! Also shout out to Adam at the Starbucks who is an absolute beast with getting orders complete!

Disappointed to buy these Roma tomatoes two days ago only to see they were moldy. They were shrink wrapped in this tray with plastic wrap. Were they disguising produce that was past its prime? I thought it was odd the Roma tomatoes were prepackaged as I've always found them merchandised so you could pick the ones you wanted. I won't make that mistake again.

They make to many mistakes when you order to pick up outside. Dont use the express, they make you wait anyways. You will pay $10 for nothing.
