My serpentine belt and idler felt out of my car while driving home. Randy’s automotive got to me within 30 minutes of calling and towed my car to the shop. The car was fixed within a day, it drove wonderfully, and then I payed. Randy was very empathetic towards my situation and gave me great customer service. I am very thankful to have had Randy Vilela help me out that day.
