placed an online order at 7:30am for a 4pm pickup, received no messages regarding my order until 4pm exactly when I received a notification stating my pickup was delayed 2+ hours. if you want your groceries to be ready for pickup when you get off work DO NOT ORDER THEM FROM HERE

I've been purchasing groceries online pick up here for almost two years. The last month every weekend has a "delayed by 2+ hours" I have a toddler and work every day so it is very difficult to have groceries and schedule them for times with my little one. When you try to go inside there is only 4 self check out opened with a line of 10+ customers and No employees in regular check out lines.. it's honestly disappointing!

Just dealt with Nick in the pharmacy he was extremely helpful realized the immediate need of my medication and looked around at all Walmarts to find it available to get that day. Thank you so much Nick!!!

I hope they know that they have a great location. It's very busy here at times. They have some very helpful people. I still go because I like self checking, but the lines are long. I would recommend bringing cash as they require a pin to use the self check. If it could be just a tap for credit cards, then that would be okay. They have some really good eggs ( the Fit hen ) and their brand of almond milk is very good! They have some delicious pears and apples that I don't find at any other store. Ambrosia apples and these pears that taste like cinnamon! I can't remember the name but they are beautiful! I try to think of it as an adventure here. There are all walks of life here, which is how it should be. I hope they continue to get people that like working here.

I recently purchased a gift card, visa at Walmart and the self check out malfunctioned and charged me for the money but it never was loaded onto the card. I came back and the manager Kong was very nice and helped me recover the $60. Thank you!

ya i dont know what happened to this store but its really bad now / to start every time we go there all there carts are in the parking lot i asked the manager once if some one could get me one and he said just wait there will be some brought in in awhile / ? / i went out and got one myself / keep in mind im 60 yrs old with a bad leg / guess im more energetic than a 30 year old / geez / the stockers dont even care if you can get to what you need and btw what happened to ppl stocking when there closed ? /ya this store needs managment that knows what its doing

This store is literally so cold I could not even be in here longer than five minutes it is 72° outside and I kid you know it feels like it is 30° in the store I asked multiple employees why it's so cold in here and they all simply shrugged it off with their long jeans multiple shirts and jackets on same we don't think it feels that bad in here I absolutely will refuse to come back here there are people that work here are rude and the fact that they keep the store so ungodly cold is just not humane

I enjoy their online order and pickup process, but shopping inside the store is the worst. They have 10-15 registered not open and only allow you to checkout through the self service. I'm a fan of self service as an option, but not the only option as the lines are extremely long. I walked out today after seeing the lines without buying anything.

7:15 pm employee "Consuelo" July 9th She was watching me and my family like we were stealing, then she stood less than a foot from my wife, my wife asked her to not stand so close to her. And the employee came in closer like one to two inches. It was very aggressive, and a terrible experience.

Rude closing manager Jennifer. Wrongly placed price tags, that the manager refused to honor. I had to contact the corporate office about my experience. Some employees are actually nice there, that's why I gave it two stars, otherwise 0. Don't shop on Sat nights before close time.

Every single time I go there, half the shelves are empty. The bread aisle in particular, has seemingly not been restocked in 6 months. I asked an employee and was told bread deliveries come in later in the day and sell out immediately. Yet I've been there various times of day and I find it hard to believe. They are always out of my son's diapers...and I'm getting the Walmart brand, which you think they'd have. The frozen section is also often out of stuff. Regardless of what I need, they don't have it. The self check cashiers are very strange.

The store 91st Metcalf continually understocked and the atmosphere is a depressant. The 91st store needs new management & motivated employees to keep up items on restocking & keep on top of expired items and get rid of them. The only reason I stop here is because the few items I use on a regular basis are cheaper than the other local grocery stores, but over 1/2 of the time those items are never on the shelf . i.e. Twist soda canned 12 packs. I am den with this location. / I will pay the extra price at the other stores and save the frustration and the wasted time.

Terrible. Everything is out of stock and mixed together. If I'm going to shop at a Walmart the managers should at least be able to have someone stock and sort stuff.
