2 and half hours later they just turned around and left. Thank God we caught it on camera. Owner came in and appeared to be mad that it takes them too long, went straight to our basement, spent about ten minutes there and then they all just turned around and left, leaving us hanging. If we wouldn't caught it on camera we wouldn't know and our house would be unsecured for God know how long. Unprofessional. Didn't receive a phone call or text. Nothing. One of them was driving Infiniti another one was driving Volkswagen Passat. Please, avoid at all cost. Unless you want to be left hanging. Not trustworthy, not reliable, and completely unprofessional. It is honest review. Take it or leave it. We were very shook and distressed after such treatment

Standard cleaning is what we wanted for our very nice place that was not cluttered or filthy by any means. My camera security system showed that their was no movement in the main part of the house for over an hour, so I started to become concerned at that moment. All that the (2) cleaners attempted to clean together was the master bathroom & master bedroom for 2½ hours. We observed on our camera security system a man, later described as "the owner" coming into our home abruptly & quickly gathered up the (2) cleaning people and what little Walmart supplies they had, packed up and left our establishment/home without ANY notification or response. Our establishment/home was left unsecured, which is absolutely unacceptable. At this point we were skeptical of our property possessions & belongings still all being all in it's original place, only what one could expect after an abrupt up and unannounced dismissal like this. Completely unpleasant experience and VERY unprofessional again nonetheless. As a company owner myself and in leaving a review about this absurd experience, I wouldn't trust them in our establishment EVER again! If I had been notified about the extra work/labor that was perhaps needed, I would have gladly had them reschedule if needed to do a deep cleaning. I wasn't worried about the money. We just can't get over the fact of us not being notified, on top of the complete unprofessionalism that was demonstrated. It's a BIG No for us & hopefully several others after reading this honest review. I would strongly recommend to NOT use this so called company, Tidyuppie.Service: Standard cleaning

Cleaners were 30 minutes late, and my clean was pushed a day back last minute. Baseboards were still filthy, the cleaners did not do anything with my concrete floors. They were barely swept and definitely not mopped. Fixtures were not dusted and the shower grout was still messy. They did not do anything with the drip pans on the oven and the apartment didn't smell like they used any cleaning products. My 700 sq ft apartment move out clean was NOT worth the $320 value. I would take my business elsewhere next time.Service: Moving-related cleaning

EXCELLENT First impression with this service! During my initial, deep cleaning visit they got a rust stain out of the bottom of my shower that I hadn't been able to make a dent in since we moved here 2 years ago! Everything was left looking very clean and no surface or crevice was left untouched. Absolutely worth every penny! Can't wait to see them again in a couple weeks!Service: Deep clean
