I met Traci at a tour I was giving and pointed to a clock in the room and said, "don't mind the time, that clock doesn't keep time". It is an inexpensive clock but I love it for sentimental reasons. She immediately jumped up and said she repairs clocks!! I sent her home with the clock and 4 days later, it was fixed!!
Loved the work so much, I took her a 2nd wall clock - also inexpensive but not one I am ready to give up yet!!

The service, meaning the people, were great. Had the pendulum of our grandfather clock fixed. They had it done it a very reasonable price.
04/09/24 Update: Since having the above work done I had our cuckoo clock fall and hit the floor hard. Got it back today and everything is good.
I had no idea of the damage I did to the clock but left it in good hands at Thompson Clock Manor. They are so reliable and honest that I felt guilty about the bill. Before tax it was less than $20, if a tip is for excellent service, they deserved every bit if the tip I left. My bill could of been 10 times 20 and I wouldn't have questioned it.

Took in a clock that has been in our family for 50+ years and unfortunately was damaged in a move. They brought it back to life and it looks virtually new. Highly recommended them for antique clock repair.

The folks at Thompson's Clock Manor are awesome. They came to our house many years ago to fix a wall clock. Last week, I brought in a small wall clock where I couldn't get the minute hand on the replacement movement. (I didn't buy the movement from them.). They diagnosed the problem and fixed the clock at no charge to me. I also brought in my Seiko that has been going through batteries so fast. They cleaned and oiled my watch and replaced the battery. All of this for about $10. Great people and wonderful service.
