Disappointed because it was unorganized and cluttered.

They had a bobble head of my favorite baseball player ever- Mike Sweeney. It was surprisingly affordable too. Neat spot! Guy who checked me out was nice too.

I have been in to this business maybe 5 times and each time I hope the customer service will improve from the time before but no such luck.
No matter how many employees are in the store, (this time 3) or how many customers, (only us this time), the attitudes of the employees never change. I thought about leaving a review last time but didn’t want to go to the trouble. Now seeing that it really wasn’t a one off, (or two or three off), I decided to take the time to leave a review.
I was not trying to selling cards, I went in knowing what I wanted and purchased just that. But why are the employees so… bothered? They don’t greet customers coming in, there’s no kindness when assisting or making a sale. It’s as if the employees think they’re doing the customer a favor. I don’t need the red carpet rolled out but some customer service 101 would be appreciated.
Edited to reply to business:
As I mentioned, I knew what I was there for. I didn’t need “hand holding”. You, however, could use a lesson in treating customers kindly and not resorting to passive aggressiveness and veiled insults when faced with criticism.

I walked into this low-rent baseball card shop with high hopes, trusting its supposed reputation. However, I quickly realized I was dealing with entitled, manipulative, and overtly masculine staff who seemed more interested in pulling one over on me than in honest business. After leaving, I discovered some of my cards were missing. When I came back and attempted to address the issue, my concerns were met with outright contempt. The employee then launched into a self-righteous declaration about their religious standing in the community and his close ties to the local police department. After politely requesting the return of my cards, I was promptly told to leave the store. As I exited I was told that I needed to “seek help”. I then observed the employee berating the other staff members while gesturing toward me.
I cannot recommend this establishment and their employees less. I feel vindicated seeing the other one star reviews.

Went in to sell some cards today that had a COMP value of around $1700. It took about 25-30 minutes for them to give me a cash value on the cards. They offer me $750 for the lot which is under 50% of comps. There are better shops in the area to sell too that will give you a better value for your cards. I will say they have a nice selection of wax and singles with pretty decent pricing. Just a warning if your selling to the shop is that they will lowball you on your cards.
Edited review based on response. Direct comps Henry Davis SSP $55, Herbert Cosmic Psa 10 $230, 1992 beam team Shaq $450 (had in shop at $450), Mike Vick auto $110, Tony Gonzales auto /87 $120, Kyrie Irving RC auto $160, Reggie Jackson auto /5 $175, Alvarez Patch /10 $60, Najee Harris RC patch /10 $60, (No comps) Joey Bosa NT rpa /10 asking $250. Total value $1670. This is a good example of knowing what you have before going into the shop. They will try and lowball you 70% of $1670 is $1170. Yes, I might be a little off on a few cards but I’m not $600 off.

Went in and was definitely surprised at the amount of stuff that was in the shop. Basically, if you are looking something, they have it. I'm a Pokémon guy and they have new boxes and even some old vintage singles. Will be doing more business there in the future.

Pretty decent selection, dudes that work there though need customer service training. I get your store has been around awhile, but the whole “I’m an old guy I don’t have time for your stuff unless you’re a regular” doesn’t sit well for me. Definitely gave off pawn shop dude vibes. Been there a couple times over the past 2 months and it’s the same feeling. Unfortunate too cuz I’m looking to try to find an LCS I can go regularly and buy hobby boxes instead of buying online. I would say if you’re new to the hobby, avoid this place or only go if you are looking for vintage.
Edited: changing this to a 1 star due to the owners unprofessional response. Didn’t mention anything about “wanting too much for my stuff” and selling stuff. I thought my transaction went pretty well considering I actually gave you guys a hell of a deal, easily 70+ cards worth a dollar each, plus a new binder I got from the other place you own collectors cache ($20). Spent another 50 bucks as well, spent 50 the week before and this is the response you give to a potential new returning customer. I was just curious about my cards and wanted to establish business at an LCS. I seriously would’ve loved to have given you guys business, but now everyone I meet in the hobby I will tell them to explicitly avoid you guys if this is how immaturely you’ll act from feedback.

Well, I’m glad to see other bad reviews. I called a couple days beforehand and explained the situation to whoever answered the phone and told them that I had hundreds of thousands of cards in tubs and in sheets and in books. I was told that’s fine and to come in on their slower days and they would look at them. I literally had to have them help me haul them in the store and the owner was so arrogant and rude to me and I sat for three hours pulling out and trying to find only the ones that he’s interested in and still couldn’t find much of anything when you’re talking about thousands of cards. He didn’t look through even the books and he offered me $40 after 3 1/2 hours of digging when they told me they would help me. I would never recommend these people! All they want is the highest dollar things and I do not like to be talked down to. Nor does anybody! And unless you’re walking in with the highest cards, he basically will treat you like you’re not important and talk down to you and lowball offer you! For a few cards that I did find, I sat at the counter for 15 minutes, waiting for him to come over and look through them while he was busy helping two females who were working for some type of cell phone service company. Rude and arrogant, and I would never recommend!

This place is overwhelming at first (it's like a hoarder house of sports memorabilia) but you can find some cool stuff if you're willing to dig. I don't love the pure chaos of this store but it has a old school vibe that I do love.
