Never go there for Badminton racquet Re-Stringing
So, In the yonex website this is the official store, so went there for re- stringing initially he did a hairline crack in one of the racquets and when we asked him he said it was a old racquet and sometimes there are cracks later (we understood the fact)
After couple of weeks we got a new yonex racquet and went there for restringing, now he completely damaged that 200$ racquet and told us that this crack was present from before.
The guy who does the re-stringing had a good attitude when we went there suddenly when he realized that he damaged our racquet he was very arrogant and persistent that we got a damaged racquet.
So overall he charged for re-stringing and he didn’t give any compensation for the damages. Now both the racquets being damaged by that guy, claims that he only did tennis racquet re-stringing and didn’t knew much about badminton racquet re-stringing.
I would never suggest anyone to go there for badminton racquet re-stringing and overall because of that store we had a loss of approximately 400$ .

Absolutely one of the coolest tennis store in the country! Phenomenal selection of clothes and strings, and they did expedited stringing for us (for a price, but well worth it). They are so nice here too!

Best Tennis Store in the Midwest, hands down! Every time I've been in to Tennis Set I'm promptly greeted, given helpful information but never pressured. Matt, a tennis player himself, always goes above and beyond to get me the right equipment. You can't find the personal touch from any other store that sells Tennis equipment. Trust me, if you are looking for a Racquet, Shoes, Clothing, Strings, or anything Tennis (or Pickle-ball) related, Tennis-Set is the best, you will not be disappointed.

Daughter busted her frame the day at her school tourney so needed a new one ASAP. It’s been a couple years since buying a new racquet so had some questions. He took the time to answer them all.We were out of there in a couple hours with a brand new frame with strings on it. Bought some shoes as well. Thanks for getting us taken care of!

Store had a nice selection of racquets and accessories, apparel, shoes. The owner was very helpful and was able to accommodate getting our new purchase stringing done while we were in town. I think others' reviews about unhelpful staff are from how quiet the guy is. If you ask him a question he'll give you an answer but he is not a car salesman that is going to push you to make a purchase. I'll def. be going back for future tennis items.

An excellent place for tennis gear. Would like it if they improved their pickleball selection, but it is called Tennis Set. Excellent service while purchasing a pair of shoes from them.

Great place. They got my racket ready really quick and let me demo rackets until I found the right fit. Highly recommend!

Wide selection of tennis items. However, overpriced, and rep said racquet restringing was $20-25 for my selection when I actually had to pay $47 on pickup (after 4 days too, apparently a $20-some "service charge")

God Bless them. I think the reason there's a lackluster performance from employees is because of bad management. It appears as though if the employees smile, they're fired!I suspect the current owners aren't happy with their inheritance from mom and dad. Perhaps the kids would rather be doing something else, such as playing tennis, instead of minding the store.I always try to support even badly run local businesses, but in this case I'll be spending my cash elsewhere for my tennis needs.
