Exceptional customer service staff at the call center and all English language. Information and variables were easily communicated and accurate. The Storage Mart office, locker facility and individual locker are immaculate. Very impressed with convenience, efficient process and overall experience. Hard to believe this is an international company and family owned.

I would highly recommend this location of Storage Mart. Gary was always prompt to answer any questions and reached out immediately when he noticed we had forgot to put the lock back on our unit. The facility was well maintained, very clean and very safe.
