Horrible service at this location. They are supposed to offer same-day delivery if you place your order by 2 pm. This does not happen. They very rarely answer the telephone. And their customer service is very awful . I have had the worst experience with this location ever. Steer clear if you can. I even spoke with management confirming the same day delivery. However, she told a boldface lie and never followed back up with me, her or her superior never contacted me back... just ridiculous !

I recently visited the Sam's Club location and was impressed with both the gas station and store. The gas station had a layout that was more similar to a traditional gas station, which allowed me to go to any side of my car on any pump without any issues. I appreciated this layout as it made refueling my car a hassle-free experience.Moving on to the store, it was very clean and well-maintained. The aisles were well-organized, and the products were easy to find. The selection of products was also impressive, and I was able to find everything I needed without any trouble. I particularly liked the variety of food items available, which included both fresh produce and pre-packaged snacks. One of the best parts of my shopping experience was the Scan and Go feature. It was easy to use, and I was able to check out quickly without having to wait in a long line. This made the shopping experience much more efficient and stress-free.Overall, I had a great experience at Sam's Club and would definitely recommend this location to others. The gas station and store were both impressive.

I know some patrons prefer the location on 95th street, but I am the opposite. Here's why:A little more low key: I feel like the 95th street location is way more busier than this location. (Probably because it's right off the highway) Here, at least you do not have to circle the lot to find somewhere to park. Get the App: Ordering pickup or delivery from the app is honestly the best thing and saves you the heartache from wandering the store in confusion. I have ordered pickup from the app previously, and it was very easy. Plus, it was nice to just walk up to the front, get my things and leave.Store layout: I can see why people prefer the 95th street location for its layout over this one. It does seem it is more difficult to find the things you need in the store versus the other. I do like that there is a fast lane for checkout and there were associates at the registers helping things move along.Overall: 8/10 There isn't much to say about Sam's Club. You get what you get and most stores are pretty much the same, minus the store layout and inventory. You can't go wrong with this location and from previous visits, it's best to come during the weekday if crowds aren't your thing.

Three words. Use the app.It works. It's painless. Just try it once. It takes a drudgery experience and makes it relatively painless. It's a huge time and hassle saver.

You pay to shop somewhere they don't have enough employees. I know it's not completely their fault because the government pays people to stay home, but not having enough help is getting old.

I wanted to advise you of my experience today at 8300 W 135th in Overland Park Kansas today @13:55. As the cashier was ringing me up she asked if we wanted to upgrade we stated no here comes another lady possibly a manager who asked us the same thing again we stated no she made some comment in Arabic to the cashier and they started laughing and she rolled her eyes and walked away. Excuse me but I told you twice I wasn't interested in signing up for a upgrade for any reason should your employees be disrespectful to me because I said no. Remember who pays your salary me the customer you felt like you needed to disrespect trust me when I tell you it will be known on every social media site of the type of people you hire apparently you allow and I'm sure thus incident wasn't the first time.

CAUTION!!! Sam's Club has partnered with AT&T Wireless to provide their members with an exclusive members only deal. However, what the AT&T sales representative offers you is not what you get. The sales rep is an independent contractor working for commission only. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign up for AT&T. When contacting AT&T customer service they all say they can help you but in reality they are just giving you the run around. We, personall

Very mad. At least 2 people without masks. The manager I complained to said he’s “Not Allowed” to refuse admittance to people who REFUSE to wear a mask! I asked, WHY? A personal right is super ceded by the RIGHTS of EVERYONE ELSE in that building who could develop COVID, due to Lack of Enforcement of COUNTYWIDE MASK POLICY. COSTCO INSISTS ALL PEOPLE ARE MASKED OR THEY ARE NOT ADMITTED! SAM’S Club should enforce the same policy! Grow a Spine! I can’t enter without a Sam’s Club card. They stop me at the door. It should NOT be any different to INSIST on Mask Wearing prior to admission. JUST DO IT!

I like this store much better than the Lenexa store. 135th Street seems much cleaner & brighter. Staff better too. Better selection, and more choices of items, especially breakfast cereals, and quick fix meals. It's now my go to store...

I like Sam's Club. No BS politics, just good business. Masks are requested, not demanded like Costco. No lines to get in, great customer service. Almost everything you want. I love their scan and go App that let's me skip right by check out lines. Just pay on the App and go. Feela a little more industrial than Costco but they have a lot of th he same things and prices are better. Oh, and most things are in the same place when I go back. Not like Costco where they move everything around. Glad I switched.

The guy at the working the front door as you walk in. Is handing out a disinfecting wipe to each person so they can clean their cart and hands. Thanks
