Update. Corporate called and let me know they do not tolerate this behavior. Crystal from corporate is a class act. That's why I'm changing it to 3 stars.

Every store visited was clean and well stocked. Lots of people whom come and go quickly. Air-water pumps are highly used and not always in working order. Plenty of cashiers available.

The coffee machines that grind to order do not work like others in the region, when you select the coffee immediately it seems like you turn on a tap with ready-made coffee that looks like weak tea. Please keep the same quality as other Qt .

Lines are always really quick and all employees are very cheery and nice. The only complaint I have is the buffalo rollers. I've came and got overcooked ones and I've came and there wasn't any ready. :( Most of the time they are ready and not overcooked however

The pizza is not cooked well the meat i no is precooked but you need 2keep it over a warmer because it's nasty whole pizza nasty bathroom nasty hot sandwich meat smells old not sure bout this store anymore worker's are nice tho

This QT was the first I ever visited and since I've been popping in here on and off over the years for as long as I remember it's about time for a review. First of all, since this was an OG QT location in the KC metro it had the old school smaller building, and a dated layout that only folks that grew up in KC or lived here more than ten years ago will remember. Back then, when it was new, it was great, but as the quality of gas stations and convenience stores such as QT improved, and competitors moved in, QT as a company started building better stores, with full kitchens, and easier to maneuver filling stations. For a long while as the newer ones moved in, it sort of made this one feel outdated and nowhere near up to par for QT as a brand. I can't remember when they eventually demolished the original building, but they knocked it all down and started over. The layout is completely new now and I think it's totally up to snuff with other locations. The only thing I don't love about this one is the actual filling station part. Because 119th street and Metcalf is such a busy corridor this place is often packed, and it's not the easiest one to maneuver around if you find yourself circling for a spot. I will say though, that they improved on this with the new layout. I think it's just because there's not a ton of real estate to work with here that it is the way it is. It's not so different though than other busy QTs in the metro. If you're in a rush and it's busy just keep going west - there's another one nearby at antioch and college.

I love getting a Big Q slushy/icey, they have tons of options for flavors, they have soda, all kinds of fruity, lemonade, even jolly rancher flavors, and I highly recommend mixing your favorite flavors together!
