Superb customer service and competitive pricing. My laptop suddenly wouldn't turn on and I had an assignment due on it so I needed a quick turnaround. They were not only able to expedite the repair process, but also save all my local files. Such a lifesaver--- I did not want to start from scratch again. Highly recommend Hypertech for any and all repair needs--- a very welcoming, considerate, and attentive small business!

They were very friendly and cleaned viruses off of my Mom's computer. Dropped it off and got updates as they fixed it. I will use them again.

Wow! What a shock. I have a Samsung laptop that needs a new screen. First went to Micro Center, "we don't work on Samsungs. Then to Best Buy, "for $89 we can ship it off to see what it will cost.Out of frustration I do a quick Google search to find this place. Great price, great service and a quick, faster than quoted, turnaround.

I am writing this review from the computer they fixed for me! Woohoo! My computer was infected with malware and pretty much useless. I took it to Hypertech and they fixed it in one business day. Now it works great and is fully updated. The price to fix it was reasonable. I would definitely take any computers with issues to them again in the future.

I recently went to Hypertech Computers to get my computer repaired when it was suddenly failing to boot windows. I spoke to who I'd imagine was the supervisor before I went in that stated they'd look over my desktop and stress test parts for a certain price. When I showed up in I found out the price he stated was actually lower than their normal rate, but because I was told over the phone a different price they lowered it to said amount as a curtesy. Turns out that not just one, but both of my RAM sticks were faulty, which they replaced in a timely manner. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating. I'll happily go back to them if I ever need assistance in this manner again.

I've used them twice.The first time, I had taken my laptop to the Geek Squad. Their diagnosis was replacing the motherboard on my 2 yr old HP, or buying a new laptop.I took the laptop to Hypertech and they charged my $45 bench fee to diagnose (pays toward any necessary repairs).I got my laptop fixed for total of $65.
