My wife and I are EXTREMELY happy with the service and the products at Factory Direct Mattress Store in Overland Park, KS!!We called Greg Doring from his Facebook entry in the market place and he agreed to meet me at his store after hours. (I really appreciate his willingness to meet with me!!) My wife and I talked about the choices and agreed on a King Firm Hybrid 12".We are ELATED!! It's the best mattress we have ever had!!!! We love it!!Greg made the purchase so easy! We got a great deal and I took it home that night!I will not hesitate to contact Greg in the future.

It was super easy to set an appointment to visit the store. i like how there aren't so many mattresses to choose from and that it isn't too overwhelming. Greg was knowledgeable and super helpful in helping me to find my new mattress. I would highly recommend purchasing a mattress from him.

They understand you spend a third of your life sleeping and that is the reason for the process: We made the appt, went to their store and had more than enough time to consider and try several different manufacturer’s. No rush, very patient and excellent industry knowledge. Tried different beds they suggested after asking us what we were looking for, and overall just a positive experience. We drove almost 4 hours round trip, and the pricing was excellent even compared to online. Will definitely refer friends and family.
