Jim asked if we needed help while we sat on the side of a highway. We got sucked into deep snow. We called our car insurance roadside assistance to hear an upsell marketing spiel. Thank goodness for Jim and his tow truck! Very kind and helpful.

They laughed at this 68 year old lady when I mentioned they should be wearing masks. The two young people running the front counter made no attempt to distance, either. Didn't have what we needed. Sent us to lumber company.
