Took me 3 different times to return a screen porch tent that wouldn't fit into the original box. Kristy helped me up and beyond giving me suggestions on all to remedy the issue. After 3rd time there got it completed. Kristy helped me keep my cool and not get upset about the return. I see her as a STAR customer service rep for UPS. Thank you Kristy.

Jessica was super fast & accurate with my returns. I had several returns and came in right when the store was closing. Jessica was not annoyed by this at all & still was very kind & friendly to me. I particularly love coming to this location because I love the option of being able to pack & label my returns at the kiosk if there is a line at the counter. Whoever came up with that idea is a GENIUS!

I had a terrible experience with the manager, Kelsey. I shipped out an important document (a vehicle title) and they lost it. I have been using UPS on a weekly basis shipping out titles for my dealership since 2015. I have shipped out thousands of titles, never once had a bad experience. This particular location seems like they are strict with their policies, so one would think they have it together, but it is the complete opposite. They make it extremely difficult for their customers to ship stuff out if it is the slightest of inconvenience for them. My package had a $100 insurance on it, but the manager Kelsey refuses to reimburse me it to me because as she stated to me, "we need proof that you spent $100 to replace the title", when in reality we charge our customers $250 to replace a title just simply due to how long it takes to acquire a new title and all the inconveniences that come with it. I will be reporting this issue to UPS headquarters as well. I primarily go to the location in Waldo and although they may seem super unorganized, they are probably the most helpful store and they have taken care of packages for almost a decade with no issues. Let that be a lesson, if you are going to abide by UPS policies to the tee, you better make sure your customer service is superb and you don't make too many mistakes.

I so appreciate the customer service provided at this location. They make me feel like a friend and that they care. UPS Store #5863 located at 15964 S Mur Len Road. They are always welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend

The staff at this store could not possibly make doing business with them easier or more pleasant - they know me by name and they pretty much have taken care of my needs before I even get to the counter. They are a pleasure to work with. There are 2 other UPS stores closer and numerous Fed Ex stores.......but I will only go to this one! Thank you all!

The staff at store# 5863 in Olathe KS are amazing. Jacklyn Winters/Jackie is so knowledgeable. Every time I present with a challenging task to her colleagues, Jackie always finds a way to get it done. I don't think there's any store related task that Jackie cannot perform. After several visits to the store, Jackie always refers to me by my name which makes me feel so much at home. Kudos Jackie and everyone at store#5863.
