Amazing! Rick, the manager, kindly and carefully individually, triple wrapped my grandmother’s delicate glass bottles to send to my cousin, ….a special reminder of times with family. He showed me each piece after wrapping and added plenty of padding. I also appreciate the “fragile” labels. :) Thank you so much!

This store is NOT a 3.4 rating! It is a 5 star rating. Employee's are always helpful and courteous. Met the "boss" or manager today he is great.It is a 5 STAR store!

I have been visiting this UPS store regularly, and I am consistently impressed with the service. Meagan and Cindy are the standout staff members who make every visit a pleasure. They are incredibly hardworking, personable, and professional. Despite the occasional line, they always manage to serve customers promptly and efficiently. Their dedication to providing excellent service is evident in every interaction. I highly recommend this UPS store for its top-notch customer service and the friendly, helpful staff.

I come in this UPS store all the time. The staff is always very friendly but Meagan is always going above and beyond to help me out. Sometimes they are completely slammed and she is always so kind and despite the overwhelming amount of work that a small amount of staff is providing they are always positive and professional. I know when I come in even if the line is long it will be a quick trip in and out.

Cindy at UPS makes my Sunday trips a pleasant experience. Despite being busy, she handles everything and everyone gracefully, always wearing a smile. Sometimes, I wait to bring my packages on Sundays to say hello. Her positive energy is contagious! I understand that after the holidays, a lot of people are still sending/returning late gifts. What I don't understand is how hard is it to print some copies of paper. I put in the order since 1:27 PM and about two hours I still have not received a confirmation from the store. It could've been longer, maybe the next day, if I have not gone inside and ask them to print. And guess what, it only took 5 minutes of their time. On top with that, I ordered one-sided copies, I got double-sided. Do better service please.I went to print something at UPS on 63rd Street in Shawnee and they printed in less*cough*than 2 hours, had papers less than 2 minutes.This was on Wednesday, 01/03/24.
