I went to mail a sweatshirt as a gift to a friend. I encountered slowest individual ever, with a die-eyed stare and as much intelligence. I asked for an affordable option. She said “$60”. Nope. Next option “$40.” Nope. Next option “$20”. At this point I’m pissed so I say I’ll take it to the post office. Then we go through this exercise again…”$20.” Nope. She starts to say “$9” but then says “$12.” I say “is there a cheaper option, maybe $9?” Yes. Is this the CHEAPEST option? Yes.
Then we proceed to the other package I have which is a return and she wants me to pay $2 to print the label.
