Rented for a little over two years. Always friendly and courteous. Living in Arizona, I never had to worry about my things in storage. Always clean. Had some last minute issues come up for us and Lisa at storage mart office was very accommodating and helpful getting assistance with my problems.

The unit is fine but the property manager is one of the rudest people I've met she's NEVER I'm the office hours show 9- 6 I believe she gets in at 930 and takes lunch at 1030 , she rarely answer the phone so if you like a goid customer service experience go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration

I’m renting two units at the Dennis Ave location. When getting my second unit it was too small (I reserved online but Lisa wanted to double check it would work for me). She did an AWESOME job of making sure I had a unit that would work for me, made the paperwork a breeze and made the move in process quick and painless. Highly recommend.

Ben was great in showing and explaining the storage procedures. Unfortunately my plans changed and I didn’t need storage. The cancellation process done by Lisa was just as seamless! Good place to work with!

Had to buy a new lock today to replace a broken lock. The person at the desk was super helpful and friendly and got my lock set up for me in no time. Good quality service in a time when it's hard to find anymore, is really refreshing.

terrible experience.
the clerk acted like a part timer with no training when we wanted to trade up to a larger unit.
she didn’t want to honor the advertised rate.
sure enough in just a few months, there was a big rate increase.
the clerk who we later figured out is the site manager, suddenly had a flat no response to anything we tried to negotiate.
we moved out and closed the account within 2 days. she sure outsmarted me…

My boyfriend and went to storage mart in olathe today to rent a unit. We were met by the manager Lisa. Lisa was beyond helpful and kind to both of us! If you need a storage unit please go see Lisa at storage mart in olathe she is truly a wonderful person!

MISLEADING PRICES, UNSAFE STORAGE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE
Owners will advertise high initial price for unit (24 a month for an un air conditioned closet that is prone to FLOODING and infestation) and raise raise by 40% almost immediately. Security here is terrible too and I'm shocked my unit hasn't been broken into yet. You are better off just throwing your stuff in the trash than keeping it here

Lisa (the Manager) does an incredible job. She is the Best that you've had. She runs around doing a significant job. She needs a raise! I would go to her for anything I needed. Thank God for Lisa!
