Josh Scudder was my service advisor and made a difficult situation a positive result! He kept me informed throughout and in the end, I was very pleased.

Service wasn't great, took weeks and multiple attempts to find the electrical problems on my Dodge. I had to contact them a lot to find out what was going on. I felt obligated to negotiate with them but they were willing to work with me.
In the end I understand they are out to make money but I got some unnecessary services tacked on that weren't needed.

SERVICE DEPT IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF. Take your car somewhere else, trust me. Brought in to diagnose a radio that blacked out . Charged me 250 to tell me that battery terminal wasn't tight and anything further was going to require more money. Lucas the service manager was unwilling to help and came off as condescending.

The service department remains the worst in class. They have no clue what is happening and they are incapable of communicating. I’ve had my Jeep in for the same issue several times. The stop/start doesn’t work because the battery is always charging. Each time I bring my Jeep in for this issue, they tell me nothing is wrong. They don't even tell me that they charged the battery. The last time they simply said they couldn't reproduce the issue. I had the fine folks at Reed jeep test my batteries and the main battery is faulty. At the time I originally brought my jeep in for this issue, the batteries were still under warranty. Now, I'm stuck buying a new battery. Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is the absolute worst. Save yourself a ton of suffering and go somewhere else for service.

I had made an appt, which didn’t matter, clearly worked on all the walk-ins before mine as they didn’t even look at my van until the very end of the day. I was in for a broken part AND check engine light which they thought was likely due to the broken part, but they would check over things anyways to be sure. Claimed to do a multi-point inspection for each of the services coming in. I was supposed to get a call when finished, instead, I got an email saying my car was ready with an attached inspection. The only things filled out were for the tires and brakes. I know my brakes were getting worn and needing replaced so I was shocked when it said the tires and brakes were totally fine. When I picked up my van, I asked to speak with the manager to let him know I was confused and concerned about this as this is a very blatant LIE. He said this only happens because the service tech went too fast through the process and just had to select buttons because they don’t usually do a multi-point inspection for this (even though it clearly states on my paperwork it would be done). Why are they going too fast to be able to do their work properly?! I told him how concerned I was about this as this is extremely dangerous when involving things like brakes. After arguing with me about the inspection he finally just said “I’m going to make him do it” very angrily, took my keys from the cashier, and made the tech go back and do the inspection, which proved they lied on the paperwork as my rear brakes were down to 1mm and it was recommended to have rear brakes and pads replaced. My check engine light came back on in less than 24 hours. Second time I dropped it off with they said it was the same codes showing up on the check engine light so it would get back in with no cost, and yet again a multi-point inspection. They called me (and emailed the quote with a multi-point inspection attached) once they figured out the problem, so I told them I was very upset that they were lying yet again about my brakes as I received ANOTHER inspection that only had the tires and brakes filled out and it was all green again. I asked to speak with the manager again because it seemed like the new issue was something that they should cover as their “fix” caused it. Oddly, Lucas, the service manager, was out taking a customer home (even though they have a shuttle service). Several hours later, he said they “only fixed the issue they saw visually” and he got very angry at how upset I was and that I was asking them to cover this new cost. He started repeatedly yelling at me that the check engine light was off when I took the vehicle so there was no way it was their fault. That was not at all the point of what I was trying to tell him, but he wouldn’t listen to me at this point. He said they were in no way going to cover any costs (already paid almost $1200 and they were asking for another 400+). At this point I was so fed up and didn’t trust them I told him I was not paying another dime to them, and I wanted my van back. HE HUNG UP ON ME! I called him back and left a message asking him to either give me his manager’s name and number or just have that person call me because that was just way too far to hang up on someone. Never heard back from him or anyone else. When I came to pick up my van, it was clear he didn’t pass on any info because the van was not ready, they had to go get it from the shop and do the paperwork while I was there waiting. I later found out that this was a common thing to happen when replacing items like this in vehicles. The manager has no clue what’s going on and has no business being in customer service. They topped it all off by leaving a random nut in the footwell. Not sure if it is some sick joke or they didn’t put things back together properly, either is entirely possible with the way this dealership behaves. After reading other reviews, this is an ongoing issue with the manager, and they are doing nothing about it.

Sold me a part but i never received it. They never refunded me. They stole $50 and lost a customer. Be aware. They have lawsuits against them.

I bought my Jeep new from here and had great service until this past Saturday when I took my vehicle in to have the center console replaced for the THIRD time (scheduled appointment that THEY called me & made). The part was ordered in May, I was not notified until July that it had come in. I was unfortunately in CO due to my FIL passing away but finally got the appointment scheduled. Drove 35 minutes to the appointment, waited an hour to then be approached by an inconsiderate service manager that the appointment that THEY scheduled with the part THEY ordered would not be replaced because Scalantas or someone denied the last two consoles. I have been in multiple times & asked if they could figure out what was actually breaking that side & the tech said the whole console would have to be replaced. Well Mr. Arrogant told me that I would have to agree to whatever it cost upfront & if once they got in there to see if it’s defective they would see about having it covered. It’s been happening since the Jeep had 11k miles on it & five months old which two months of that the Jeep was in the shop so it wasn’t used. I then contacted Jeep who was completely flabbergasted this happened so they set me up with another dealership to have it taken care of. My Jeep was purchased through my husbands employers affiliate program so it will be passed along how I was treated also so hopefully they too will take their business elsewhere! I may be a small drop in the bucket but I can promise you they are not. Finally the two gentlemen I dealt with have absolutely no business working in customer service.

Was needing to buy a new car, and I'm sure like most, I was dreading it! Car shopping is not the funnest thing and can be a very long process! I was interested in a Jeep Grand Cherokee L with specific items I knew I wanted. Ashton was my sales consultant and was great to work with! He never made me feel pressured or rushed, showed me all the different trims I was looking at and took his time going through each one and what they offer, and was extremely helpful when it came to making a decision. Would highly recommend you seek him out when going in looking to purchase your next car. Everyone I worked with along they way was truly great! If you are looking for a Jeep, this should be your first stop and be sure to ask for Ashton!

My car continues having the same issue, the dealership also lied about the recall pieces, I called several times and they continue to said they did not had the piece. I took my jeep for an oil change and because of a weird sound and to my surprise they now had the piece, now not sure if they really did change it because the jeep keeps having the same weird sound.
