I left Boost Mobile to try Visible. It was a bad choice, so I signed up again for Boost. Last night, I was having trouble with activation of the new SIM, so I visited the store on Highway 56 shortly after they opened today. I'm glad I did.Cristina took the time to call Boost and walk through the steps to get my phone connected. It took more than 10 minutes, but she and the lady at the company were both very patient. The only thing left to do when I left the store was to wait for Visible to release my line. Once that was done, I was able to follow the steps at the Boost website and get connected. I'm good to go now.I am grateful to Cristina. She was all about assisting me as a customer, and more than patient. I recommend her, the Highway 56 store, and Boost.I don't plan to leave Boost again.

Her name is Christina she was very respectful helpful, knew what she was doing and fixed my phone within 5 minutes.. she deserves a raise and recognition for her hard work and for her knowledge.. I will not go to any other boost store except up here with these ladies in Gardner Kansas

Went to purchase a phone, Ms Cristina was a very excellent representative with all the services that I needed..along with answering all the questions that had...I left very pleased to know that everything was ok when I left...I plan to recommend my friends and family

Transferred 5 lines over from T-Mobile and the Boost folks got us everything we needed with all new free phones. ¡Y hablan español también!

My Disabled Mother, fixed Social Security Income, who lives in Assisted Living, was told by these people that she could have a limited plan for $25.00 / Month. They have withdrawn $50 from Moms account twice now. When Mom called to challenge the charge, they cancelled her plan. I will never do business with these people again.
