Today, 9/10/24 aroubd 5: 30pm I came shopped here. I give 2 stars since the 3 other worker I encountered were kind. I literally came here to browse around to see what I wanted to snack on. I noticed I kept being followed by a worker who kept pretending to need to do things like straighten items. Every aisle I went down, he walked past and/or went down and looked at me. Finally after being upset for being profiled for doing nothing I asked him if he was following me. He proceeds to tell me, "No! That's just you're paranoia". The gumption he has to even have such a response. The better answer should have been along the lines of just a no or I apologize if you mistook me for following you. Customer service is a dead trait with many workers these days. Then when I checked out I leaner his name is Nick and he is the assistant manager. If I wasn't tired I would have just left my items and went to Whole Foods. I'm so mad because I shop here and other Natural Grocers quite a bit.

Very disappointed...I've shopped at Natural grocers for over 35 years... I've seen this location declining... The shelves were very messy & the produce.(I was even trying to straighten up the items to make it look more presentable)..There was plenty of employees...but little was being done....

I go to this store mainly for staples, They by far have the best prices on eggs, organic grassfed whole milk, sprouted bread than anywhere else I've found locally. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They have an incredible selection of supplements/vitamins as well. Love this store!

Over priced for moldy/rotten produce in the store. Aisles are poorly organized. We have to shop here as my sister in law is allergic to everything. It's not her fault, and we're more than happy to accommodate. We just wish there were better places to shop for this stuff.
