I purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from Moe Mosley at Midwest Auto South on February 2 of this year, 2024. I found Moe to be professional in every way, and he had no issue with my bringing out my mechanic, who inspected the car thoroughly. I felt no pressure to buy, and everything that Moe told me about the vehicle, his dealership, the price and the paperwork to be straightforward and just as he said. Nothing had been concealed or given a short-term fix, and with the minor problems with the vehicle that I and my mechanic found, Moe responded to appropriately.
If one is not a mechanic or somehow in the automobile industry it is diffficult to purchase a vehicle with confidence, especially a used one. This places an enormous weight on the seller to be honest and forthcoming. Besides being pleasant to work with, Moe is unquestionably honest and forthcoming. I would go back to him in a heartbeat--but I suspect that I will not need to buy another car for a long time.

They clearly buy wrecked cars and fix them up the mustang I went to look at clearly had the front bumper removed because everything didn’t quite line up and the radiator was completely smashed in also it made clanking noises and when I had said what the issue might be they say it’s something else when I come back another day on my day off they say oh we won’t be letting you take it to any mechanic shop that your mechanic will have to come here with a jack and look at it and also you already test drove it for 1 hr witch in truth I wasn’t even on the road the hole hr they claim I was gone but according to them they usually only let people test drive vehicles for 10-15 min and I’ve known dealers to typically let you take 1-3 hours on a test drive they just seam really sketchy they don’t even really want to negotiate on price pricing and wouldn’t recommend doing business with them and if you do make sure you take it to a mechanic on the first test drive without telling them

Worst car dealership ever , Do not do business with these people !! They will racial profile you , all they care about is the money . They do not care about your concerns of a car . They’re very rude and disrespectful . Once again do your self a favor and don’t even waste your time with these people .

I bought my '12 Volvo XC60 AWD here back in April(it's now end of November). Moe was very accommodating to my father, my 10 year old daughter, and me. I originally came in right before they closed with my dad and daughter after finding the vehicle online, and comparing prices and looking up reviews. After a short test drive I fell in love with the car, and my daughter was over the moon with all the extra bells and whistles for her(heated rear seats, a/c in the back, and panoramic sun roof).I wouldn't have the money to buy it until the next day around 1pm- and he graciously allowed us to come in the next day to buy it.He was going out of the country with his family that day and still made sure I was able to do the transaction.It's been 7 months since buying the car, and I still love it and it drives. The check engine light popped on during the extremely hot summer in July- however it was due to an O2 sensor and wasn't any fault to this dealership. The car has continued to run amazing, has gotten me from a road trip to Branson and back, and my daughter loves riding in it with me. Absolutely would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Moe is so wonderful to work with. He's honest, kind and personable. I love the vehicle I bought from him and appreciate his follow through on replacing a lose passenger door handle. 10/10 would recommend trusting him to help you find your used vehicle!

Stopped responding after I test drove the 2016 Jeep Wrangler unlimited and wanted to have it inspected at dealership or Goodyear. It shakes bad when u apply the brakes and he says it's the tires. I just wanted to know how much I'd be spending to get it fixed since they don't care to have the cars inspected by professional auto mechanics. For instance on the 2012 jeep Grand Cherokee, the check engine light is on. Says the engine has been replaced and needs to be "coded" and that it cost $500 about he didn't want to spend the money. No engine replacement is listed on the car fax. None of the repairs made here are on the car fax. They also do repairs on the parking lot. They replaced the heater core on the 2012 Jeep Wrangler unlimited Sahara and put it up for sale the next day.Update: passively aggressively text me "Thanks for the review" after being non responsive and blatantly ignoring me. I was pre approved to purchase 2 vehicles from this lot at the same time.

The guy they sent you on a test drive with has halitosis. And loves to have the heat on so the smell just recirculates around the car. I had to pull over and get some fresh air because his breath was so bad I can't come back. It's not good for business.
