I called Tony, the service rep for Budget Auto Glass one day before service. He came to my house the next morning at 9:20 to replace my Ford F150 windshield. One and a half hours later he was finished. I could meet my afternoon obligations easily. Tony is a true professional and I recommend him to the fullest. My windshield looks great. Budget Auto Glass is also price competitive.

We had Tony come out to replace a drivers side window power switch on a 2003 Pilot. Tony was knowledgeable and it took a couple of return trips as he had to run to a salvage yard to find the proper part that the big stores did not carry. I would recommend Tony and Budget for window replacement and window wiring to anyone in need.

Called them to replace my passenger side window. The window they put on my car closes too high causing it to rattle and almost break every time you close it. I brought this up to them over the phone right after they left and they told me it's not their problem and to take my car to the dealer to get it fixed. This is after promising a one year warranty? They won't make this right with me after installing a window that isn't functional. Very disappointed

Such a nice experience this was. Mr. Lounis is personable, experienced, and extremely professional. He replaced the glass in 13 windows at my house and managed to do so in less than a day. His work is meticulous and careful. It was interesting to watch him work. He was knowledgeable and knew how to handle each situation that he came upon with each of the different windows. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Mr. Lounis, conversing with him, and enjoying my new windows when he finished! Most definitely recommend him as one of the best contractors that I have dealt with over the years.Service: Glass installation

Called Tony for a couple of windshield replacements. He came to the house looked over both cars and told me that he would call back the next day to schedule the installation. He never called me back and I called a couple of times, left messages and never heard from him.

Mustaphe did such a great job! We are 100% satisfied and will definitely be recommending him to others. From start to finish, he honors his word, shows up when he says he will ( highly unusual among contractors) , returns communications, has great rates, did a thorough, professional job leaving no mess behind. Our windows are gorgeous ! Don't bother calling anyone else.

Excellent work. I had issues with my store front window. Had a crack in a corner and needed repair soon. Mr Lounis is a pleasure to work with and I am pleased with his work. I will call him again if needed and will pass his name to other's if they find themselves in need of glass work. Highly recommended.
