I definitely have to give Kyle five stars. He helped me with my mortgage even though I wasn’t using him. Helped make my experience much more pleasant even though I wasn’t a direct customer. You don’t see that every day. Highly recommend

It was a smooth and easy process of purchasing our first home. Kyle and his team communicated every step of the way and we’re quick to respond to any texts/emails of questions we had. Really had our best interest in mind when setting up our loan, explained everything and worked great with our realtor.

I felt intimidated by the process of buying my first house. Kyle and his team were very patient and worked very hard that I understood every step of the process, and took time to answer my questions. They made the process feel very smooth on my end, and gave me one less thing to worry about during this stressful and exciting period. Kyle would send regular personalized video updates via email to explain some document. He made me feel like he cared about me more than just my signature. This was above and beyond anything I expected from a loan officer.

My husband and I purchased new construction that took 13 months to complete. Kyle was there every step of the way. He kept in constant communication to ensure we were on track for closing.Five days prior to closing, we were informed the sale of our existing home fell through putting the purchase of our new home in jeopardy. Kyle worked nights and over the weekend to find a solution that would allow us to close on our new home as originally scheduled.Besides constant communication, Kyle educates his clients throughout the entire process. He answers all questions in great detail. I could not have asked for a better loan officer. In fact, I don’t believe one exist. Kyle Morrissey is the BEST, and we will be contacting him for all of our future needs. 10/10 Recommend!! If you are reading this review, contact Kyle today!! You will not regret it!

Kyle and the Fairway team was awesome to work with during my home buying process! Kyle provided credit education and stayed committed to our process from start to finish! The construction of our home took over a year with several unprecedented interest rate changes and Kyle and his team did everything to keep things on track!
