I can’t say enough good things about my experience at istorage. I’ve used this site in the past but my experience this go around has been the best yet. Scott, the facility manager, is an effective communicator, professional, and gives a boast of confidence that my things are well looked after. Big thanks!

2 months later they jack up my rental rate over $50 per month. Not even 6 months in. I could understand 6 months or 1 year, ok.
2 months is ridiculous and a horrible business practice. Trash Company, trash policies. Just enough time to move your items in the storage unit, making it a hassle to close. Conveniently the same day I get the notification, the office is closed. Forcing me pay for a whole month since I cannot close it the same day as the notice, because the office is closed. Amazing. They have this scam down to a science.
Naturally I called to complain. They claim because it's month to month and we did not sign a locked agreement they are within their rights to do so. After I told them I'll be closing the account, they offered a one time credit, or they can lower the rate.
My response was this: "We either keep the $175/mo I originally agreed to, or I close the account and write a poor review."
I guess you are reading the result.
P.S. The dimensions of the unit read online appear to be accurate, however the door is much smaller. I found this to be a dismissible frustration initially, but since I'm writing the review anyway...BEWARE! You'll move your stuff in, as soon as you're comfortable, they will jack up your rates. You've been warned.

Great experience. Friendly staff and very easy to get into a new storage unit and equally as easy to cancel when you don’t need the space anymore. Definitely recommend to anyone needing storage space!

Mr. Scott Woolery and the phone Operator (he had an accent), For, IStorage are wonderful! Mr. Woolery has you (the customer), best interest at heart. He is friendly and very personable and very kind. He gave me a tour, and conveyed to me things I would need to know or should know! My mother who talked to him, over the phone, was equally impressed!

Scott at iStorage was so extremely helpful to me and made a very stressful experience so much better. He went above and beyond to help me when I was not getting assistance from U-Haul. I would definitely recommend dealing with Scott and the iStorage business.
