Instant auto helped in every way possible. Shannon the salesperson was dealing with up to 6 people at a time with grace. It was the day when Microsoft had there r meltdown. She had so much on her plate but you wouldn’t have known it with her calm attitude and helpfulness. She is a super star in my book. Thank you Shannon for all your help.

Shannon in Olathe was amazing! This was by far the easiest experience ever. After so many car lots giving the run around, it was nice to have someone provide a yes, be honest, and actually follow through as advertised. Shannon was non judgemental supportive and delivered a friendly seamless and quick process. I was in and out with no hassle. So grateful for this expereince. Great sales representative and service for this mom in a bind. I hope the car does not disappoint!

I bought a car from y’all two or three days ago this week from the Olathe location, I told the girl that showed me the car after I test drove it that it’s running very hot and rough. Not only the car idles very high. I told her that also and she just stared at me like she didn’t know what I was talking about so we either need to get this car in as soon as possible because she said if something happens to the car for me how to drive it and I’m afraid this car may have a blown head gasket. We need to trade this car out.
Or I need to come back in and get my money back!! This is unacceptable. Y’all only had two cars on the lot in Olathe when I was there. You can trade my car out for one of the cars either and Lee Summit or liberty.

Honestly the worst place to get a car their finance is horrible and they sell broke down cars for 70% more than what they are worth! Total scam and not worth it they’ll even screw you over if you return it!

My fiance and I got a car from them back in September. Didn't have it 2 weeks the engine blew!! Then not couple months afterwards, more problems. Cadillac converter was replaced they didn't mount it back right, it broke free causing it to sound horrible! So needless to say it's broke down AGAIN JUST HAD TO BRING IT BACK TO SHOP MAKING IT THE 4TH TRIP TO SHOP IN UNDER 6MONTHS!! DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
