Order awhile ago and they forgot half my order. Decided to give them another try so ordered from the website and received a text message that my order was ready for pick up. I go to pick up and they have no idea of an order I placed and asked for confirmation. I showed them the order and text messages so they began to start making my order. I received my order in a closed bag and drove home only to have to drive back because they once again forgot half my order. Never again!

Had a skillet with 2 cheeses and ham. Ordered wheat bread and got rye. Finally got the wheat and they tried to charge me for two toasts! Very little ham and one piece was all fat. Will not be returning.

Firstly, giving it a 3 star because my husband liked his burger. Lots of open tables and we were seated in an awkward table in the middle of the isle. When my son asked what kind of drinks they had we were told Pepsi products…but didn’t list off the names of which sodas they had which is not listed out in the menu. Ordered a cheeseburger with white cheddar and fries. The cheese options were American, pepper jack, and white cheddar. When our meals arrived I got a cheeseburger with American cheese and macaroni. My daughter got the same. My husband also didn’t get the right cheese he requested, he too got American cheese. When I asked what the burger was supposed to come with because I was confused as to why I had macaroni on my plate, my server looked at me confused and didn’t ask if there was an issue with my order.We looked at the receipt and it was taken down wrong.Not a great experience. We probably won’t go back. The service wasn’t great, felt like an afterthought, and our orders weren’t right. It’s disappointing because I think Hy-Vee is pretty great.

Great food, great drink specials, terrific service. Daily food and drink specials that will tempt your stomach and your wallet. Happy hour bar specials are tremendous. One of my go-to spots for hearty, inexpensive breakfasts. Bartenders Anne and Caitlin are second to none. Definitely recommend and a stop every time I am in town!!

Great food, good seating, polite staff and very clean! Staff didn’t see us waiting for a while and they could come around more often but it didn’t take anything away from our breakfast.

Overpriced, mediocre food. Lately they haven't had anyone at the checkout area, so you have to take your ticket to the self checkout lanes halfway across the store. The few times I've eaten in the restaurant section, it's the same mediocre food they have in the store, but served as slowly as possible.
