Bad experience! Was overbilled for services rendered and job not completed thoroughly. They came in way over the estimate even though they had pics of what we wanted BEFORE the estimate was given. Carpet installed but they covered over the seat belt holes so I had to remove the seat and cut holes myself to install seatbelts. Rear panel behind seat not fully installed, and I had to fix the door panels so they would stay attached to the doors. Not to mention scratches in paint inside while they were installing the headliner. Never do business with them!Service: Classic car upholstery

Workers were kind of racist, heard them talking about "fence jumpers" and the shop area looked worn down, roof was moldy/falling, no handrails for worker saftey, the entire side of the building (the sheet metal) fell off at one point. Overall it just looks like a run down shack. Would never trust them with my car based off the appearance. All the books for materials are old, the lobby smells like a retirment home and the bathrooms were disgusting (spider webs in the corners, dust everywhere)

Debbie was fantastic! She was able to match the worn piping in my leather seats perfectly and I am extremely happy with the quality of the repair.

They repaired a large hole that had developed in the leather of the driver's seat of my Honda Pilot. I was very happy with the final product.

I took my 2006 Mustang in to have the door panels replaced and they had to redo the drivers door 3x and it still had a slice in the upholstery. They had the vehicle 2weeks. Not satisfied with the work. They tried but was never that good.

If anyone is looking for a place to get a vehicle seat reupholstered or fixed in a certain spot, we were very impressed with the work G &J auto trim in Olathe did to match material from a 12 year old car without having to reupholster the entire seat which would’ve cost a lot more!!!Services: Seat rebuilds

I needed an install of padding, headliner, and rear-window for my sons first car. We were told to bring it up for a quote. We had some time and went to G&J this afternoon. When we walked in and said why we were there and the type of car, the man at the front desk didn’t seemed thrilled, but said he would get someone out to quote us.The man that came out to look at the car asked what we needed done. We told him. He said we would need webbing, I showed him everything we had bought, which included webbing. He then said, “I have what this car really needs and it’s 2 sticks of dynamite.”The car is a 74 VW Super Beetle convertible. It’s not mint condition, but we are working on it. Part of working on making the car better (and it's not that bad) is getting this work done. I felt like the comments were very rude and uncalled for. The quote was double what another shop had quoted us, but even if they could have matched it we wouldn’t trust them with our car. This shop had been recommended to us as doing good work, but I feel like they need to work on professionalism and customer service.

Friendly cashier. Fast turn-around, took just 3 days. Fantastic work. I am not sure if $180 is a fair price for a motorcycle seat, but it was somewhat more than I thought it would be. If anyone with more experience wants to chime in, let us all know.

Great auto trim shop. Does very good work. Work is done timely. Prices are reasonable, but be sure to get a bid first because sometimes their custom work gets pricey.
