Dear garmin I’ve ordered my first gps from talk to take on my kayak trip. Ordered thru Amazon last week out for delivery on Friday UPS never arrived. Contacted Amazon and UPS neither could provide a solution. Then noticed that signature is required and can’t be changed. I’m a 911 dispatcher and am not home to receive UPS now I’ll not receive it in time and can’t send back until I return. Please assist in changing to no signature

Very disappointed in my Garmin products. Spent $1000 on the Dezl Headset, Garmin Drivesmart and the OTR710. Have had them for a few months and immediately had some cons but was weighing out the pros. The GPS’ reset and restart all day long. Recalculates every 20 mins and always needs an update. The decline in the past years on these products is sad. $400 headphones are peeling off the ears. The sound is horrible and not noice cancelling. With the windows down, the other person on the phone cannot hear you. As you can see the headphones are in great condition so this is just poor quality. Will be looking for other options.

Bad group of people. Every single person who works there stiffs on tips. Loser group of people! Next time do better or don’t come into restaurants.

I am never buying Garmin again, and I used to love owning my Garmin GPS, but then you guys had a brilliant idea of buying Navionics, and now I have to pay an arm and a leg for software that used to be free. You guys ruined your own brand and business. Google Maps is 1000x better!!!

At Garmin we do not repair.
Fenix 6 sapphire pro (etc…) purchased 3 years ago. Beautiful object, nice and very practical for sport. 850€ on the Garmin website. On paper, the product meets my expectations. But already, after a few weeks, the beautiful nylon strap is starting to fray, too bad it's nice. I'm buying another bracelet.
After 6 months of use, I contacted after-sales service because the beautiful sapphire screen was all stained. Watch under warranty, no worries, standard exchange, efficient = happy consumer.
After 3 years, one button no longer works. I say to myself, well, the after-sales service seems to be working well, I'll see what they offer me.
And then I skip the details but I'm told that at Garmin we don't repair watches (that's not great for the planet) but I can get a new one for a few hundred euros more = unhappy consumer.
It is surprising that Garmin does not take a stand against obsolescence and waste.
I am totally open to paying a little for a repair, even if an expensive watch should have a longer life, certainly not paying a fortune for a product that has not proven its quality to me.

This review is for the Garmin Fenix 7X pro sapphire, solar watch I just got it in yesterday and so far it works fine but if you get the app to add a picture to the background you can tell just how bad the screen quality is on the watch whenever I had a Fitbit the picture was so clear you wouldn’t believe it so why is it a $884 watch has a worse picture than a $200 watch I’ll update this review later on after I use it more but so far not looking all that good. It’s looking like a higher priced Fitbit just with GPS function.

Don't buy a Garmin Tread! Structurally defective holder! I bought it in Prague, Czech Republic at garmin.cz The plastic edge of the holder breaks off. Garmin.cz will say that you have a low IQ and you yourself damaged it mechanically. They probably imagine that I chewed it with my teeth or inserted and removed the navigation with a hammer. Zero loyalty towards a customer who bought tens of thousands of dollars worth of Garmin products! The quality and level of the company is known when a problem or complaint arises. I hope smart managers from Garmin will read this comment and work on the mistakes with engineers on the mount design and with warranty managers.
