We went to the car wash on January 30 for the $10.00 wash. We were advised the rate had changed to $12.00 however we were charged $27.40 (we didn’t realize this until the next day). We have made numerous phone calls to bring this to their attention. We have left messages and when actually getting someone on the phone we are told they cannot do anything and will have the manager call. Two weeks later we still haven’t heard from Club Car Wash. I would ,Ike to think this was done in error however the lack of response makes me think this is a regular occurrence. There is no customer service and the refusal to follow up makes me doubt that any claims made would be handled (or not handle it)

Decent job on the wash. Truck was a little dirty when I went. Didn't do a very good job on the inside or outside of the rims. The body of the truck was good but needed a little more time to get the dirt that gets built up behind the trim pieces. Should have taken them up on the re-wash guarantee.All in all a good wash

I recently had a highly unpleasant experience with Car Wash Club, that has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. I initially joined the club with the expectation of receiving quality car wash services at a reasonable price. However, my experience turned out to be quite the opposite. First and foremost, I was shocked to discover that Car Wash Club implemented an unexpected price increase without providing adequate notice. This sudden change left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of as a loyal customer. It is unacceptable for a company to raise prices abruptly without properly informing their customers in advance, especially considering the financial commitment involved in membership. To add insult to injury, I was further disappointed by the lack of customer service and professionalism demonstrated by Car Wash Club's staff. Upon expressing my concerns regarding the price increase, I encountered a rude and dismissive attitude from the customer service representatives. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy and understanding, they exhibited a complete lack of respect by laughing at my dissatisfaction. This disrespectful behavior only served to exacerbate my frustration and solidify my decision to discontinue my membership with Car Wash Club. Furthermore, it is disheartening to see that Car Wash Club offers a generous 50% discount to new customers, while disregarding the loyalty and patronage of existing members. This approach contradicts the principles of fair business practices and demonstrates a lack of appreciation for long-term customers. In conclusion, my experience with Car Wash Club was marred by unprofessional conduct, an unexpected price increase, and a complete lack of customer service. I cannot recommend this car wash club to anyone based on my negative encounter. I hope Car Wash Club takes this feedback seriously and takes immediate steps to rectify their shortcomings in order to provide a more satisfactory experience for their customers in the future.

Best car wash and vacuums. We travel for work otherwise I'd sign up for the membership. We got into town on Tuesday and got lucky to get the $25 MVP wash for $10. The attendants also work hard to get as much gunk off before going through, so that was also greatly appreciated!

These guys were so AMAZING!!!I had some really stuck on backroad clay dirt that was stubborn to try to get off. They took their time and did an amazing job and effort to get as much off as they possibly could.I liked how they took their time and did everything possible to get as much off. Thank you so much guys for everything!

This car wash broke my antenna off today, be careful or don’t even use this place. Multiple people have commented the same issue and they will not fix it.

The guy at the pay station was very confusing. A ask for the basic wash. He said there is no guarantee that the dust, dirt, and bugs would be cleaned off. I ask why, where there no scrubbers or soap. He said there was.? I got the basic and it cleaned the car just like the other washs in town do. Up selling, ok. His presentation made it sound like they sprayed a little water on it and that was it. Also, the dryer was just ok.

Went to try this car wash for the first time. Sat in line for 10 mins kept scanning the one car in front of me. Turned around and left. If you can’t get people through in a timely manner you need another lane.

If I was you I wouldn't do business with Club Carwash. I signed up for a three month plan that I was told I didn't have to cancel at the end of three months. But I still went in and did because i didnt trust it, well I never received an email saying I cancel but didnt think any thing of it. Then come today they changed me $40 and refuse to give it back. Saying they have no refund policy. But I never authorized that transaction but they're trying to say I did. Had two of their employees hang up on me and refuse to let me speak to a manager. Very unprofessional and nasty behavior from their employees one even told me that I needed to learn how to act because I had no right to be upset that they took money out of my bank account.My friend and I were NOT HAPPY!!
