They were our goto Verizon store always. Over the past 6 months I have found this place locked more than unlocked. It's time to find new management before its too late. Last 3 phones have had to be purchased from a corporate store.

Showed up to a locked store after calling and making sure it was open before arriving. Waited 15 minutes and the store was still locked.
