went in today and had to grab a phone in a hurry. the rep was amazing and i left with a new, discounted, activated phone in under 15 mins.

The store closed at 740pm and they locked the doors change the hours if employees are going to leave early

Great Customer Service from Frank! I came in pretty stressed out because of a different Boost Mobile location and the experience there. He was kind and patient resolved the issue quickly with a smile! Definitely could use more of that now a days thanks Frank! Hope you get a raise have a blessed day! ?

Frank is hands down the best person that I have ever dealt with in my 8 years of having Boost. Going above and beyond to fix an issue and following up to make sure it's fixed. Will drive out of my way to go to this location for all future Boost related needs.
