Fail to deliver on time on many occasions. Watched my amazon for delivery and was “out for delivery” supposed to be delivered today. Update from Usps said ‘attempted delivery- mailbox was full.’ .... it’s a 5ftx7.7ft rug... it’s not going to fit in a mailbox. That’s just lazy. Was needing it today because we are leaving town and are supposed to have it. Now I have to figure out how to get it to Colorado or pay the shipping, AGAIN, because the carrier felt lazy. Thanks.

One of the sub city carriers is one of the best people's I have ever met. His name is Aaron, younger guy with beard. He's a decorated veteran, terrific family man and a true professional. Thank you for your service Aaron.

So far I've had nothing but good experiences with this location. I ship packages pretty regularly and the service here has been good, not overwhelming or anything but efficient and pleasant enough. Very professional. Definitely a much smaller space than before but seem to get everything done I need.

The woman working here was incredibly rude about me applying for a passport with an out of state license, which after calling an agency i found out was no issue. She basically scolded me about it, and also made negative comments about me shaving after my passport photo. None of her business. Ill go anywhere else next time.

Considering the great reduction in their working space from before and the terrible location in a highly congested area the postal workers do an outstanding job taking care of the people. The postal higher ups did a great disservice to the citizens of Mulvane when selecting this site. Time to reconsider location and invest in a larger permanent site similar to what they did in Derby KS.

Customer service was awful. When attempting to locate a missing package the employee was incredibly rude. Maybe she was having a bad day?
