“I love living here. My MIL and I moved into our apartment almost 2 years ago and haven’t regretted it for a minute. Their on top of any repairs and Erin and Steve are very friendly and easy to talk to. Great place to live.”

“I've lived at Hearth Hollow for almost three years.
The community is usually pretty quiet, and the neighbors are friendly.
The office and maintenance staff work hard to provide the residents with a safe, welcoming, and fun environment.”

“I’ve lived here for about 2 years now and I really like it. I’m not sure what’s going on with the other reviews but I don’t see many spiders and the employees here are great. Also I have visitors all the time and they have never gotten any ticket on their cars. I know I can always call to get something fixed if I need it. They keep the lawns mowed and the grounds clean. The only thing I would warn about is only live in a 4 bedroom if you have children. They do not like to hear children playing outside unless it’s at the pool. I got a noise complaint because my children were running down the stairs a few times a day to run to the park. This is not an issue if you live in the 4 bedroom.”

“A very nice place to live.-Great location, right across the street from the Haysville Community Center (Gym), within walking distance to the in-town grocery store which has a decent amount of stuff and eating establishments. Not too far from where I work in SW Wichita near the Airport. Less than a 20 minute drive, which is basically my limit of what I want for a commute to be no more than.- A very low price; though the heating and cooling units in the apartment do need updating which cuts into the monthly affordability. Quite big as well. I have the single bedroom and it is 700+ sq. ft. I have a decent amount of stuff so, especially for a single person (there are small familes that live in the single apt. units), it works quite well though the kitchen is quite small and the bathroom doesn't have much cabinetry. I got another large shelf for my kitchen (food and appliances) and a over-the-toilet shelf and shower-rod hangar shelf for the bathroom, so it works okay. I like my patio and the large living room with a lot of stuff so I can do Yoga/light workouts etc. and have some plants. It has great sunlight and the feeling is very safe, especially in my bedroom (I am on the top floor, the 3rd floor). There is sound leakage, even on the 3rd floor but it really only comes from my adjacent neighbors, not from above or below.- Friendly people. Trustworthy and that means a lot. Maintenance is fine and friendly, quite responsive to complaints and the work-orders, when they are not something big/huge, are done in a very reasonable amount of time.Overall has more of a "small business" kind of feel to these apartments which I prefer other than the more lifeless corporate kind of treatment and management that's so common nowadays.”

“Maintenance guys were rock stars. They responded quickly, did the job right, they knew what they were doing, they respected I had a dog so they didn't enter in the daytime when I wasnt home, they waited until 4 when I was off work. The apartments are older so the windows are in need of repair big time. I had snow and ice on the inside in the winter and water and mildew in the fall. Not to mention ants coming in through the cracks. But maintenance did their best. They were on top of the requests and on schedule with inspections and filter changes. The office manager is very knowledgeable and considerate.”

“i toured the trails at derby for potential living.it looks lovely from the outside, creating a safe and community-oriented atmosphere. the amenities include a large pool, grills, offices with a printer and computer, gym, putting green, beach volleyball pit, tennis court, playground, and a hidden mail room.while the models looked appealing, i didn't get to see the ones i asked for despite repeated requests over the phone and in the office. the walk up to the apartment needs better winter maintenance. unfortunately, the leasing consultant seemed disinterested and rushed during the tour, not allowing me to see what i wanted or answer my questions.”
