Gave my mail to the wrong address. Told me they would attempt to get it back a week ago and haven’t reached out to me. I now can’t call them with the terrible 800 number.

I have come here several times to mail packages and letters. I never have an issue! They always get through the line quickly. The woman I had today was so cheerful and sweet and it was literally 10 minutes to close. She really made my day! I wish I knew her name to thank her. She should be employee of the month, if not promoted.

I went in. There was only one person ahead of me. I got called quickly. The woman was nice and knowledgeable. She told me exactly what I needed to know and I was out within 5 mins. I see all the bad posts on here and all I have to say is, this is heaven compared to KCMO, Raytown, and Wyandotte County, KS Post Office experiences. There are some nationwide problems for sure, but there are some great employees in every bunch. I happened to find one here ?

My preferred location after a horrible experience at the PV location. Teri was wonderful and had the best attitude!

Another USPS with JFK like my hometown, Auburn Hills, Michigan. My longtime friend, a road warrior, now, is asking, "What's this all about?" A treasure hunt for Presidential Seals and the Postmaster General. #zipcodeusa

Came here after a horrible experience at the PV post office. There was a young man with a “trainee” name tag on who was incredibly polite & helpful. He had my package sent off in all of 60 seconds. It was a welcomed experience after running around town for an hour trying to ship one item.

My checks from my old job are being shipped to me through the post office. It has now been 13 days, when it was supposed to be 4-10. I was not the only one there complaining about missing mail either! The person in front of me was complaining about a mix up in which their mail had arrived at the post office, only for them to send it accross the country for it to need to come back to this post office. And on top of that they were treating us as the problem rather than, in my case my former boss who couldn't bother himself enough to send the checks when they were all in, forcing me to have my friend go in and pick them up and sent them so it wouldn't come doen to the wire before I continue my journey westward. It's come down to the wire anyways because this post office can't figure out how to deliver things on time. I will mention that Danielle was nice and understanding about how angry I am about the checks not being delivered but that doesn't change that I am having this issue.UPDATE: My checks were deemed not deliverable by the post office. Mr Dejoy gotta be jailed (at least) for what he's done to the postal service.

No one ever answers the phone! Why is there an option to speak with a representative if no one will ever pick up?? Zero stars!

I simply made a request through management that the carrier please refrain from jumping onto a 3 foot retaining wall and walking through a raised bed. Despite my erecting various barriers to clearly indicate my wishes, he was insubordinate and obstinate for nine long months. When I finally erected a barrier that required him to walk around, he retaliated by withholding my mail. He always sauntered so a few extra steps made no difference. Additionally, several supervisors agreed it was a safety issue. He left the route for months so I removed the barriers. He returned in January 2024 and again jumped the wall. I reported this and replaced the barriers. He resumed his usual retaliation and withheld the mail for six more weeks. Despite numerous requests to please correct him and deliver my mail, nothing was done. Finally, when the carrier was under fire for withholding 87 pieces of mail, he protected his job by slandering me, claiming I had confronted him, made him feel unsafe, and had told him to stay off my property. If I had said this, why then would I object to being told that I have to get a post office box? Why would I continue to beg them to resume mail delivery? That is completely illogical. Furthermore, if this imaginary confrontation had indeed taken place, why was he only reporting it a month after the fact when he was being investigated? My husband was a carrier and said if such an event occurred, the post office would have immediately gone to the customer's house, but no one contacted me about this simply because it did not happen. I spoke to this carrier exactly one time in September 2022 when he had jumped the wall and walked directly behind me while I was working on the bed. I said, "Hi, how are you?" to which he gave no reply. Those are exactly the only four words I have ever uttered to him. I have been targeted, intimidated, persecuted, and truly afraid for my safety because of this person's irrational vendetta against me. I was told by a local senator's office that this post office is one of the worst in the area. But if something like this happens to you, don't expect resolution or justice. Just spend extra money you don't have to protect yourself and get a post office box. I have been completely DARVOed.

Package has sat there for 4 days and not moved. Did you lose my box as soon as I handed it to you?? Should have been delivered half way across the country by now.

People are usually helpful here. The cashiers that I have experienced there are very sweet and nice. The self-service that they have really works wonders and is very helpful when there's a huge line inside the other room.

By far most incompetent and miserable post office to deal with. Overall experience and mood is like visiting a Holocaust memorial.
