Bought an iMac and the workers were super helpful and accommodating. They cleaned my laptop keyboard and fixed some keys for free which was super nice. Highly recommend if you’re needing a computer or repair!

These guys are great. Good people and they just want to fix the problem, no ripping off customers or overcharging. I always go to them for all computer issues or supplies.

They’re the best! My husband heard the advertise on Church of Lazlo so we went. We needed two monitors and two docking stations. We were dreading this purchase because 1. We thought it would be ridiculously expensive and 2. Finding what product you want with a budget it mostly always a headache. This place was AMAZING. The dude working there was super helpful, knowledgeable and we got everything we needed and more in 15-20 minutes. Three Dell 22inch monitors (made in 2020) and two docking stations. Total came to $307. Best experience I’ve ever had buying electronics. What’s even better, they’re local!! I will forever go to Direct Computer Outlet in Mission when I’m in need. Thanks to Church of Lazlo for shouting them out!! Helped us out BIG time!

Love this store. I've bought multiple computers here, for not just me but for family, friends, and work. In fact, I was looking up the address the other day to send to a group that was asking where to buy a computer. (Here that, Direct Computers? I'm sending you all sorts of business. I'm just saying.) The staff is great, too. I always get helped, but never feel pressured to buy. They're also really good about sticking to my price point and not trying to upsell me.

I don’t know how much computer knowledge most of these reviewers have but as a software dev I can tell you right now that they simply sell and repair used computers. While some of you have had bad experiences, I had my charging ports fixed for free basically and only had to pay for the part and not the labor. They do what they can to make things right. I commend that. It would have 5 stars if they didn’t constantly leave the laptops plugged in.

I just made a laptop purchase here and walked out extremely satisfied with my purchase and experience. I have limited knowledge on computers and explained what my expectations and needs were. The guy helping me was beyond knowledgeable and had patience with me. Didn't try to talk me into something I didn't need or outside my budget. Wish I would got his name because he deserves to be recognized.

Great people, great store! I thought I had ruined my dearly beloved Lenovo laptop by splashing liquid on the keyboard, but they were able to replace the keyboard at a very fair price. I recommend this place to friends and family because it's the best computer store in the Kansas City area.

My experience at Direct computer outlet was amazing !. I walked in not knowing for sure what I needed for what I would be doing. The staff was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every single question that I had. I was very impressed at the level of knowledge and respectfulness of every single member that I talked with. Once they helped me figure out what I needed they even went a step further and offered to help me set it up and have it ready to go before I left the store. Ive never had any store give me the great service and that extra customer care that they did. During the process of setting it up they explained all of the functions of the computer and how to do some simple things that almost every person needs to do such as creating a new account on the device and changing passwords for the login and many more. After that I thought it couldn't get better but it did, once it was all set up they gave it nice wipe down and made it look even better than it already did. I was more than pleased with my experience and will recommend everyone who needs a computer or anything electronics to this store !

Best repair shop in town! I took my laptop to 2 other shops before Direct Computer Outlet for repair of a broken key. The first shop told me that I needed to replace the entire keyboard, ($314), and the second shop said that I just needed to replace the broken key, but that replacing keys was not something that they did. I took it to Direct Computer Outlet and was offered a repair, (not replacement) of the key, and told that I definitely didn’t need an entire keyboard replacement. The gentleman then fixed the broken key and didn’t even charge me for the repair! Wow! That was something I would have never expected! I greatly appreciated his honesty and integrity. I definitely won’t be going anyplace else for repairs in the future!

Wish I would have known about this place sooner! I spent a ton on a new computer from Best Buy and got the same computer here for work for half the cost!!! Definitely recommend!!
