They added several things to our loan without it being discussed with us prior causing our loan to be 2k more than anticipated. The flood guard was hanging off so we took it in and were told it would be covered by the warranty, when getting that serviced they zip tied it to the car and service told us it wasn't covered by the warranty. There was a lot of back and forth about it.. they said they would order a new flood guard for us and we never heard anything back. Just a regular scummy dealer and we're making sure to tell everyone not to go here for their car needs!

My son and I went to county hill to look at a F-150. Kyler our salesman was professional and not pushy. We purchased the truck and I must say it was in great condition and fair priced. The staff from top to bottom are great and don't overlook this dealership.

Went a bought a diamond in the rough of a truck here and they were quick with getting set to a good price and quick with getting a good interest rate, had no problems and left that place feeling happier than ever.

Worst car dealership I’ve ever used by far. The owner was exceptionally awful towards us. After the sale was made I was treated like garbage and I got yelled at by him and called names for a concern I had, after they promised to update the faulty entertainment module in the vehicle I had purchased from them and did not replace it with what we had discussed. This was years ago and I still get upset whenever I pass their lot by the freeway.

Debra was genuine and helpful as I considered a few options; no pressure, no hassles, handled all my questions and was flexible with my timeline, easy to communicate with. John, the owner of Country Hill, introduced himself and gave his assurance for quality guaranteed. I got a great price on a great car, and I'm happy with the warranty as well. Really great experience and would highly recommend it!

This is our second car buying experience at Country Hill. The staff have been pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and honest with us through our purchasing process. The vehicle itself was, again, detailed, cleaned, and serviced well beforehand. Then there is a meaningful warranty to give us peace of mind with the higher-mileage vehicle we bought. You can be sure we will visit them again soon when we make another purchase!
