Bob the manager at this location and Mayra were great to work with. They were patient as I looked around, answered all my questions and were very friendly. I 100% will be coming back when we need a new piece of furniture for our home as the customer service was immaculate!

Gail was amazing from the second I walked into the door! She was very helpful in helping me find a sofa for a relative of mine. The sofa we decided on was great but her service was even better! Definitely recommend working with Gail at this location!

We bought two loft beds with attached desks and dressers for our kids from this store. Long story short, the delivery guys had to come three times and we only ended up accepting one of the beds, which still has a small defect on the dresser. The other two dressers they tried to deliver were broken coming out of the box. We ended up cancelling the second order. While it was easy to cancel after all this delivery drama, their customer service person basically blamed the delivery guys for the broken dressers that were clearly broken in the box. It just isn't worth the drama, wasted time off work and disappointed kids to save a few bucks.

Good experience and friendly staff, when I first bought my sofa. However I am now editing my review for the lack of care and lack of true customer service. It just happened that after I bought my sofa, all of Bobs discount furniture stores network went down. This would not have been a big issue if this company actually cared about their customers and truly they do not. It was up to me to get ahold of this company and figure out what was going on and how to get my sofa. I was reviewing my emails, text and calling for about two weeks. Still nothing from the company. It seems that because of this network issue, which this company continues to use as a poor customer service issue, as an excuse! Sure the sofa is what I ordered, however why is it my responsibility to figure out when my sofa is delivered to the store and ready to be picked up. I was told originally I could pick up my sofa 9/27/24. Then because of the network issue, I had to drive to the store to find out that the network was down and no one knew when I would get the sofa. In the end because I called customer service and didn’t stop, I realized the sofa was actually delivered 9/27/24 (I found out 2 weeks later). I had to rush and plan on picking up the sofa last minute. In the end, I would not tell anyone I know or have met to go to this company and buy from them. Not one person from the company our store has said sorry for the poor service.

I found the associate very helpful. The item that I was looking at and wanted to know what was the delivery time frame. The style of the furniture differences if I would choose it and also I asked them about their pay by monthly program, I found it to be excellent.
