Guess some miscommunication.
I understood brackets for Brushguard were bent and needed replaced but don't think this was done. Few other things not fully understood.
A little disappointed but I think I didn't read carefully enough.

“Tim did a great job on my 2015 F150. They replaced the cab corners as well as did some rocker panel work. He also worked on one quarter panel. The work was professionally done and he also took time to explain how to avoid some of these issues moving forward. He runs a professional shop with skilled people. Great work!!!!!! “The repair men did a nice, quality job fixing the hood & right passenger side door. The paint job looks great! They even went beyond & put in new headlights that I had taken to them & new hood lifts for under the hood. Only cost me for the lifts no charge for labor on that. Matt Petty is a very good customer relationship & estimator & team at North Car Star in Topeka, KS do a really good job! I would recommend them to anyone!”

“Didn’t end up having what I wanted. But, was very courteous and respectful with manners. I’ll be sure to consider this location as one of the go to’s for vehicle parts. They do have a $25 minimum policy for pulling parts as far as sending someone out to fetch what you need.”
“Called in on a Saturday morning to ask if they had a trailer that met my particular specs and a couple additional questions. All questions were answered professionally and they had what I was looking for in stock.When I got to the store I was greeted promptly and we immediately went outside to look at the trailers I had asked about. He had both a 10' and 12' option available and sitting side by side for me to view the difference. It was explained to me that the company that makes the trailers is family owned and operated, which was a big deal to me and one of the reasons I started my search here rather than the big box stores.Long story short; I bought the trailer, had it hooked up and was back on the road less than an hour after the initial phone call. The entire process was easy and as enjoyable as buying a utility trailer could be.I will be recommending to family and friends to do their business with D&L Trailers.”

“I was extremely impressed w/ the North Napa store on Hiway 24 here in Topeka. The crew on staff were all "old school" guys that had actually helped someone before (several times) find the right tie rods for their Dodge pickup. (Evidently that was Dodge's "thing" of all these different front end parts. My "old" mechanic that was with me bantered the whole time with these guys that Ford ruled supreme in the many different ties rods there were and their failure rate.) ...Classic! But they found the part we needed and that truck is on its way to Denver now. KUDOS to Napa hiring these guys. And training some young fellows too!”
“Was not happy at first but later found out it was actually my insurance companies fault. Derek went above and beyond to make it right and in the end everything worked out. Derek was great to work with and remained calm when we were upset. Give that man a raise!!”

“I had ordered windshield wipers online and went to pick them up. Good thing I asked them for help, when I ordered them online it gave me the wrong wipers. The gentleman who helped me was great. I was in a hurry and needed to meet someone, but he found the correct ones, put them on for me and I was where I needed to be on time. So as far as I'm concerned it is a great place.Went back to get a rear wiper blade, the lady helping me found the correct one and went to install it and broke my wiper off. So we had to order an entire wiper for it, at their expense. I was told it would be in on Wednesday and they would call me to install the wiper and the blade. So far I haven't heard anything back. So what started off as a good thing has ended up being a total hassle. I hope they can get it fixed without anymore incidents.”

“When all the tire shops were closed, Walmart in North Topeka pulled through and got my repair fixed. I don't know if they were slightly short staffed with waiting time but they went above and beyond. Thank you for your service. ?”
“I normally have a decent experience with these guys but I had an issue the other day that really upset me. I was calling in to find out about batteries, something was wrong with the phone lines and it kept telling me that nobody was available to take my call. So I kept calling back until I got someone. The person who finally picked up the phone was at the North store. He was very rude and not helpful. He would barely let me talk and he told me that it showed that I had already called several times and if I didn't have the patience to wait on hold (again, it wasn't allowing me to hold) then he didn't know what to tell me. I have never been spoken to like that by anyone at either store and I buy almost all of my car parts here. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for that rude guy. He needs to be taught some customer service skills because even if I was impatient, he would have gotten a better response from me if he had kept that unnecessary thought to himself.”
“I was sent to this location because my part wasnt available at my local location. I came here with my make, model, year and Both Oreilly's Part Numbers that i needed and this "person" still handed me the wrong part....TWICE! I told them it was a 4 door, they give me a part for a Coupe....i told them its a V6, i get a part for the 4Cyl.....even though they didnt need this info because i had BOTH part numbers.....but, eventually i got the right part. I wont mentioned who, but certain people shouldn't work in auto parts store when they have no knowledge of AUTO PARTS.”
