Called we had electrical issues with apartment we own, they sent a guy over, took pictures etc said boss would see if double. We.had had this problem on another unit and the Electrican came over and replaced stuff.(they not in business anymore).but Affordable never called back etc.all we needed was a yes or no,, so,we could move on but never got a response. This seems to,be a major problem with contractors, no call back etc

It seems like if it’s not worth their time they won’t do the work for you. The business won’t respond after telling them what work needs to be completed. A simple “we can’t or won’t do that because x, y, or z” would suffice. Take your business elsewhere.

Tried to make an appointment with them twice and never got a call back or voicemail to confirm when they would be there. Frustrating to say the least

I attempted to schedule with this company to install a ceiling fan at my residence. After using their site appointment scheduler, emailing Dustin Hollie, and speaking over the phone a quote for the work was provided and they stated they would get it done by Wednesday 5/12/2021. That date has already passed and I had to have someone else do it. I attempted to contact them by phone on Wednesday to see if there was a delay or some reason for them to break the agreement. I sent to their voicemail which at the time was full and unable to leave a message. I have since used a different company and pay more as I needed the job done ASAP. 0/10 would not recommend.
